  1. I had an unknown seed and thought I'd grow it. It sprouted very well. Since I'm new at growing I decided to experiment with it. I bent the stalk to get the second set of nodes to grow out and it worked! Soon I had a pretty full plant. I put it into 12/12 and it flowered well. I had tried to clone maybe a dozen or so times before without success. Again, since it was an unknown seed I thought I'd try cloning again. About a week later my plant started growing balls. Darn! It Hermied. I threw the plant away but not the clone because - well maybe I'm the reason it hermied. Well the clone grew. Go figure. My hope was it would grow into a nice female like the original started out to do. This clone was a little different from the original. With this one the second set of nodes grew out on their own. The plant was as pretty if not prettier than the first but it started flowering quickly. Now I'm starting to get a little dejavu with the early flowering (see my first grow). I wanted to clone it so even though it had flowers I cut two stems and cloned them. Then boom. The plant hermied on me again. Well maybe the hermie was my fault. I threw away the plant but kept the clone. I know I'm a glutton for punishment. Since I knew it would hermie, I took the plant outside and planted it in front of my house. Yes I know pretty dumb but I was going to trash it anyway. Life happened and I forgot about the clone in the front of the house. I never use my front door so it was easy to do. About a month later I remembered the clone. I rushed outside and there it was the same size it was when I put it out there (about two inches) so I dug it up and put it into the backyard under a light that comes on every evening. Now the plant is getting 24 hours of light. That darn plant started to grow. When it reached about four inches I topped it. By this time I'm just experimenting because remember this is from a plant that hermied twice. I don't know what happened but it started flowering so I took some pollen I had and seeded it. I also pulled two stems to clone it AGAIN even though I didn't think it was necessary. It really is a pretty plant. I was thinking it would make a great wedding bouquet when it hit me - IT DIDN'T HERMIE!! Whoa. The clone is now in 12/12 and is 18 inches with flowers all around it. It has seed pods visible along with the flowers. It smells awesome and from the looks of it - will be done soon. This plant hasn't had any pests, no mold, is heat tolerant and is very flexible. As much as I want the flowers, I think I would prefer the seeds. What do you think? Oh the clones didn't make it this time. We've been having triple digit heat and they shriveled up. I love the idea of having a bunch of seeds. My first grow seeded on me and gave me over 600 Trainwreck seeds which by the way grow beautifully. I'm a learn as you go kinda gal and have learned a lot. Thanking you in advance for your assistance. WeedBaybe
  2. Oh, BTW, there hasn't been any mites white flies or mold. I'm hoping the seeds will produce some awesome plants.

    Clone of unknown seed

  5. Hello, As you all know I was the beneficiary of a bountiful crop of TRAINWRECK seeds compliments of Doc Greenthumb. I know you should let seeds marinate for a year before starting a new crop but I was blessed with SO MANY seeds I thought I would germinate one to see what would happen. The seeds were harvested in September 2014, I took one seed and started a new growth. Realizing my seeds could be hermies, I planted three more. I kept the first one and gave the other three to someone else to grow. Well its 8 weeks later and all four of them are growing well! They are growing so well that here it is two months later and and all four plants are growing flowers!!!!!!! My friend called me after five weeks and said "What did you give me? They're flowering after five weeks. You do know these are autos right?" To which I responded "I do now". Totally cool don't you think? Okay members, what are the odds four seeds less than a month old are all growing flowers 8 weeks later? I have hundreds of these seeds and I feel like Warren Buffet The plants are beautiful, the smell is great (I can only vouch for mine) and if they're anything like their mother - they will be potent. If you remember, I used the bud left over after removing the seeds from the first plant and it was very potent. I can't wait to see how potent this one will be. I have no intention of seeding it and of course will not go by the traditional grow cycle. I'm going to go by visuals this time. I'm excited. I'm keeping a log since the first grow was my first grow. I knew nothing about autoflowering so I've been all over the net reading everything I could find. I'm thinking about taking another course at a school I've been eying too. Hey Guys, I am not an ungrateful person but I have a few things to say: 1. I have checked and checked again. Nothing on Doc's site said they were selling autoflowering trainwreck seeds. 2. Since they are a seed company someone there had to know what they had don't you think? 3. Wouldn't it have been nice to let the consumer know? Guys, don't get me wrong, had I known the seeds were autoflowering (and yes I believe they are) I would have grown my plant accordingly and not seeded the whole thing and would have probably ended up with two seeds instead of hundreds HOWEVER - As a businesswoman....... Well, again, I don't want to appear ungrateful - I just would have handled business a little differently. On another note. My friend gave me several White Diesel Haze Auto seeds when I gave up my trainwreck seeds. That's the reason I gave him the trainwreck seeds, I knew he was accustomed to growing autoflowering plants but I didn't tell him mine were autoflowering because I wasn't sure. I'm growing two of the WDHA and boy oh boy.... Who would have thunk? I've gone from growing no plants to four in less than 6 months. LOL life is amazing. I'l post pics soon. Stay sweet! WeedBaybe
  6. Hey VCat, do you decarb before using your MB? It's just cool......
  7. So sorry to hear about your mum. Prayers up! Great minds think alike I thought about that just yesterday and put a couple of seeds between a moist paper towel last night.
  8. I love your pics especially the art renderings they're really really cool. I see you've successfully used MB for alcohol tinctures, that's great. Now I don't feel so apprehensive about making some for myself. Thanks for sharing!
  9. The tincture is very nice. Due to the type of grow I produced, buds were the only thing available for me. My first grow seeded. I can't tell you why or how because it was my first grow.....instead of getting a plant filled with Trainwreck flowers, I got 629+ Trainwreck seeds. I guess you could say it turned out to be a good thing I've already germinated one of the seeds and have started a new grow. I haven't tried alcohol tincture yet. Working with alcohol and fire can be sketchy. Initially I wasn't even considering trying alcohol but my MB2 says you can use the machine for making an alcohol tincture as well so I'm giving it some thought. Vegetable Glycerine is excellent for those with diabetes and after flavoring it the taste is quite pleasant. I've purchased tinctures in the past and like mine better. Oh - yes it can be done in a crock pot.
  10. Honestly, I'm not really sure what a nanner is. I understand the concept and have seen pics but haven't noticed anything like that on the plant. Now that's not to say they weren't there, I just am not certain. With regards to growing them, I've sprouted one already and it is now growing. LOL if they all grow like this I'm retiring on an island somewhere and chillaxing for ever Here's the new grow: And the saga continues....... WeedBaybe
