I actually checked yesterday morning for new stuff and didn't see anything and for some reason I checked again later that night and noticed it in stock and grabbed it while I could. I usually check SH all the time because missing out sucks

Haha you are damn right, missing out sucks! Thanks for your post I would have missed out again otherwise. Seems like we cannot check SH often enough...

Did you try the Snow Trower already?

@santero I just snagged a couple of packs of the meridian haze. Any info you could share on it? Curious about the c5 x jack herer. I was in highschool when I first tried jack herer and to this day it's still some of my all time favourite smoke. The stuff I was getting back then (early 2000s) was very different to the jack that I have seen lately though. The stuff I see now is denser and has a lemony smell that I don't like at all. The stuff I loved was wispier lime green braided looking buds (kinda like barney's dr grinspoon but not as scraggly) that were covered in frost and didn't have that lemon smell to it. Wish I still had all my pics  pics from back then. Got us all wrecked back in the good days

Ohh I just saw on SH that they were offered. They must have been sold out pretty quick. I just visited SH couple of days ago. Not again! I also missed the Lady Cane x reclining Buddha and the Blavi Haze.

Well I hope you share some pics once you grow them. I have the same Jack Herrer nostalgia as you. The JH I smoked (2007-8) had that peppery, herbal incense haze smell with only a touch of lemon.

Wish you all the best with the beans and thank you for the nice grow show.

Mine would probably turn a self-respecting lizard into lizard jerky.

The makers of lizard lights know the light will be pretty close to the animal and that they'll get sued and lose business if a horned toad dies. There just hasn't been enough work done on developing proper UV lights for Cannabis plants. I may have a look at the ones you're using.

Hey there Misterdirt, nice grow you have running there. I was wondering how long the uv-lamps run per day? 12/12 as the other lights or less?

You have a really nice lineup.

    Happy weekend everyone

high      up there  does any one know if a 13 week hazey jack even exist any more? in this f10 line?????

I think that pheno became relatively rare by now. You might have to do a bigger selection I assume. Mine was done relatively early, 10 weeks.

Chocolate Jamaican (double jam x Chocolate diesel).  This one have a complex smell. Nothing like her sisters or mother, no wood - But haze, fruity, chemical. She reminds me the most of Killing Fields #6 @lumatekfan . Yeah, weird i know haha

Sounds good, as I loved the taste of KF #6 and the genetics sound promising.... How long is the Chocolate Jamaican flowering?

1 that was very, very purple with a really dark taste.

Well I haven't grown the recent KF F6, but I found in the F4 purples but even more in the fems I had several deep purple ones. In the smoke report section you can find my topic and there are some pics of them. Another deep purple KF cross I had was Selene. I guess in many KFs you can find purple ones. I had also a purple pink Silver Fields. But only in the KF and Selene I found a few dark purple phenos.

so, did you do a smoke report on them yet ? i grabbed some ultrashack based on yield and potential quality.

    No not really.

However I can briefly write a few words here.

First of all I have to say that I grew them during June/July thus they grew under pretty hot conditions. Yet the final product was still tasty, having different notes of spice and fruityness. I would say tropical fruits maybe a bit of mango and spice-wise curry/cinnamon. yet less pronounced than the tropical side. When smoked the taste was more mixed but with a oily floral side to it.

The effect was a nice mix of sativa/indica with a sativa rush at first and then a following relaxation without much heavyness though. Rather leaving you relaxed while also being still quite mobile. It is hard to say whether it is strong or not because it comes in waves and while you might feel just relaxed while watching something you might feel pretty high when going to the kitchen to cook.

I must admit that I did not smoke it that much though because of other strains I have at the moment. I sampled it a bit at the beginning and found it nice, but not impressive. My flatmate smoked a bit more of it and liked it at the beginning, but was less keen of it later because he deleoped quite a tolernce to it.

Soon in november after a long cure I will open the bags again and write a final report. For now I would say it is good but not extraordinary. At the same time I must admit that I did not explore her full potential, due to the conditions. The buds did not develop as tight as they could have. From two plants I had one though which looked pretty much like on the pics and one showing a slight variation with slightly more airy buds.

Depending on how much other strains and space you have waiting for a spot in your tent I would give her a go. My weed is still solid and my flatmate wouldn't dismiss it, if there wasn't Chocolate Cheese, Sugar Punch, KF, SiFi, Barrie's SSHxBlueShaze, Sunnyvale's G39xJaliscoJaze and C99. It's just hard competition.

with 12/12 from start the plants are ready with 70-90cm ...a excellent size for growing in a limited tent

    Which strain are those beauties?

    @lumatekfan

ja, they took 12-14weeks(12/12)from start to finish, depents on the strains you´re running...but you´re saveing the veg-time,so.....

Thanks for the info. I already expected 3-4 extra weeks.

I wanted to start a rotating system with the 12/12 method, but first I need some experience with this method.

    Schönen Sonntag dir!

i did exactly that Methode in my last runs

nice to hear the method worked for you! Did the total grow take longer or did the plants finish within the usual timeframe?

I feel a bit dumb asking but I'm having trouble getting my head around how to grow regular (unfeminised) seeds in a single tent/room. Am I stupid for even considering it?

The problem is that I won't know if they are Male or Female until I switch to Flower, and thus it's hard to know how long to veg them for in order to fill my tent properly I suppose, because the amount of viable females is totally unknown.

    Hey there Halfroc,

did you consider the 12/12 method from No Mercy Supply?

I have to say that I don't have any experience yet, but I just started last weekend my first 12/12 from seed grow. After sprouting I planted the seeds in in 2l pots. As soon as they show sex, I will transplant them into bigger (8l) pots. I know this method is doubted a lot, but some who actually tried like it. In a few weeks I can say more.

    happy weekend everyone!

It's a really nice plant. One of these will get dusted with an AHxCR male I have. I made some seeds last time I ran her, and am growing them out now. I'll post a thread on the development and progress of those.

Wow that sounds promising! Looking forward to this thread
