Greetings, I am a life-long gardener, but completely new to cannabis culture. Fortunately, I live in a state with medical cannabis. For the past four years i have been treating muscular-dystrophy-pain with weed. Purchased from a dispensary. However, in a couple months i will be moving to a state without any such allowances. And for this i am excited, because it gives me a reason to begin growing. Look for my first grow beginning sometime this December. I might need some help. My goals are modest. I need to be able to produce ~30 ounces, or 840 grams, per year. My action plan is to begin with soil and organic amendments. I want to keep things simple. I will fill in more as i get closer to that first grow. In the mean time, I will be following threads and learning from others. I really need to nail that first grow. (If i don't, i will be in a world of hurt when i run out of medicine.) At the same time, i don't want to over design anything. I would hate to set up a system capable of producing pounds, when i only need ounces. I aspire to maximize yields and quality, while keeping things simple and pleasurable. Nice to meet everyone here. Hey all! I am brand spanking new to OpenGrow and plan on growing my first crop of flowers soon after I move. I am seeking advice on how to best set up my grow. I'd like to harvest once a month. I plan on growing just a couple of plants at first but once I get the hang of it, I will upscale the grow. I have a few direct Q's but I am also seeking the wisdom of all of you Veteran growers out there on the interwebz ! Im was thinking about buying 2 tents, one for Veg and one for Flower. I saw some big 10' X 10' tents that looked about the perfect size for the basement. Maybe that's too big to start.. I have around $7000 to spend on the project.. I want to get my first crop then upscale the grow. In your opinion, where is the most economical and trustworthy source to acquire high quality grow tools? How many 1000W lights would be needed for each tent at max capacity? Do you recommend using different lights for the veg tent as compared with the flower tent? Should I get another tent to keep a mother(s) and propagate my favorite plants? At capacity, about how much weight can I get out of that set up per month? Thanks for the help. Im sure I will have a boatload of questions in the coming weeks !

Hi I'm writing from India . I just started growing . my first real grow. I don't want to boast but I think I might have ideal conditions to grow the best bud but I need help because in India we do not have any real growing scene.I want to know what strain from sannie will be best for me. If any one wants to help I'll give you the specifics. I already have some nl auto from sensi and amnesia haze and sweet seeds auto seedlings just popped. I plan on growing few plants hydro in coco for weight and few in organic soil for taste.I don't have too many organic supplies so I need help.
