Hey OG's! let me explain to you all how to make your own lovely probiotic drinks for those who have digesting problems, those that just wanna quite pop drinks, and everyone else What you'll need is -Some mason jars -Water Kefir Grains -Some kind of water(any kind is good) -lot's of unrefined sugar! -non-metal spoon or something alike and also a non metal strainer (waterkefir can NOT get in touch with metal) -citrus fruits for first fermentation, also figs(if you like, i don't) And now we can start, it's really easy, and if I say so... you just pour a liter of water in a mason jar, mix it with 80 grams of unrefined sugar, and drop your 100gr WK grains into it(always +- 1/10 ratio) you add some citrusfruits to it, at first i was told to it with lemons but to sour for me i like oranges way better be carefull with what you add in first fermentation because if you add anything that is antibiotic the chances it will ruin' your WK won't be low lol than you let this sit, for two days now it's time for second fermentation(if you like, and if you get there because some people have to make so much for their family lol, they don't get to 2f) but a 2f makes it waaaaaaaaaay better imho now you can add dried fruits, fresh fruit, anything you like, preferably you cut you fruits, and peel most of em i'm only on my third batch so i still have lot's to try but this (blueberry) raspberry is already da shit now i'm running one with peaches in 2f after the 24 HOURS of 2f you put it in a bottle and you put it in the fridge for a day, this way you get sum nice co2 buildup for a nice refreshing, probiotic drink that anyone can make theirself Greetings all!
