In this topic i will post pictures and excerpts of my grows. It will all be hydro, the medium of choice is rock-wool and watering goes by ebb and flow. . Sensi's Super Skunk. At this moment i am growing 36 Super Skunk granddaughters of the best performing grandmothers from my last grow. They are in the first week of flowering as we speak. A few days earlier.... Tonight... And a few Amnesia Haze cuttings that went immediately on 12/12. Esko style. And tonight i planted another 18 Super Skunk cuttings that were a bit late with rooting. This makes a total of 34 Super Skunk and 18 Amnesia Haze plants under three times 600 watts. ...To be continued. Peace, Hamme.

Hi everyone! I've been growing for a long time now, but my results have dropped, so I've decided to take more serious approach and do a well structured report. On one side it will help me track everything and on the other side I'll share some hopefully good pics with community e$kob@r, I've learned from you, master, thank you! Strain: Andromeda from THCCBD. New bank, new strain, feminized 80/20 indica hybrid with not much info or reviews. Setup: 1 square meter tent, 400W HPS + 2x75W LED lamps from a friend who used to make these lamps for tomato farms. Tent stays on a table, reservoir is under the table outside the tent, flooding tray is in the tent and holds 4 crates with 2 clones in each crate. 12/12/20 Planted pregrown clones into crates and flooded with 0.5 EC and 5.6 ph. Also gave Enzymes and Supervit. I'm using Hesi. Light is 18/6 for 3-5 days, then I'll switch to flowering I don't have access to the tent while writing this so the only pic is this one. Next pics gonna be from the tent

So I grew at home for about 4 years, stopped for a few. I just was doing too much. I was just trying to make money. I’m in Colorado, dispensaries got built everywhere. In the meantime I didn’t throw anything away and am getting back to growing. New perspective. Found the passion for it again. Anyway I have 3 year old nutrients. General hydroponics and some cutting edge solutions. I bought new stuff to run with. But has anybody heard of nutrients expiring? Once I’m up and running I’m going to find out if the old nutes are viable with one plant. It’s not like they put expiration dates on the bottles and being it’s synthetic maybe makes sense they’ll still work? Been in a container in my crawl space.

So I heard it from a reliable source (The owner!) that you can now purchase this amazing grow medium through amazon Anyone out there order any yet? If so, I'd love to hear what your experience was like I've been promising you guys a documented grow using this stuff for a while now. Well, it looks like the end of August is go time...a dedicated room is being built out just for Growpito and hopefully we'll even get the time lapse equipment set up. MAD props to the Growpito crew for their passion and diligence!

I have a spare room (on HVAC) to grow in year round, but also have privacy enough to grow outdoors too. I have just started putting together my grow room, but have not really had a plan- only a goal of having a perpetual grow in and outdoors. My room currently only has: AgroMax original stacker tent (basically a 3x3x2.5 cube) 4' 6-lamp HO T5 (that i've had to stuff into the tent as best I could) 2' 2-lamp HO T5 (not using) 1000w digital HPS/MH Lamp (with adjustable power)- I have hanging from ceiling over the tent. It is a cooltube design with supply/exhaust to outside the house using 6" fan/ducting. I'm using an AutoPot 4-pot system with a 50% cocotek/perlite mix and about an inch of clay rock ball in the bottom of each AutoPot and will be feeding GH Flora Series Nutrients I have a couple of aquarium air pumps and thinking about putting air stones into the bottom of my AutoPots to provide air to the roots (AutoPot sells Aqua Domes or Air Domes, but think this will work too?) I also have a TON of Fire Retardant Heavy Duty wrapping used in scaffolding or other similar work that would probably make for an excellent tent material. But it is white and not sure how lightproof it would be... I don't even know all of the components of a room that would be required for me to grow year round other than light and water, let alone how to set a room up to efficiently do it easily and reliably. In fact, I would like nothing more than to meet someone locally who knows what they are doing to give me a hand with this project rather than suffering through the trial and error mistakes I know are coming thanks to my OCD and accompanying anxiety. I learn well by OJT... Because of the OCD and stuff, I also need to consider making this operation as understandable for me as possible. Once setup, I want to be able to pretty much be able to just follow a plan and pattern to keep things going and learn from over time while I gain confidence that I'm not going to kill everything I touch. I live in the DC area, so I need a good resource like this one for every aspect of the project from setup to harvest. It is all new to me other than a few rough practice grows and allowed me to harvest some seed to practice with so I can start growing strains that work best for OCD, PTSD, Anxiety, etc. I would welcome comments and suggestions on achieving my goals.

27 February Update: One month since Germination Temp: 75.4F RH: 55% PH: 6.17 PPM: 509 Lamp: 1000w IPower digital at 75% power and HPS lamp. Medium: Coco/Perlite Gave them all their GH Flora Series feeding today at 1 month since they popped. All systems go. I noticed that some of the lower foliage wasn't getting enough light, so I did the only things I could think to do: Turned up the power to 75% and ditched the tray I had them in so I could give them more space to breath and grow. I have been rotating them around and turning them periodically, so I'll keep doing that too. I continue to look for them to show sex and may have bogey dope on some bandits in the midst, but will give them some time to know for sure. I am anxious to get some ladies into Autopots so I can start cloning soon!. I resolved my low-RH problem by running two room humidifier's non-stop and actually saw 55% today! It's been around 30-35%, so I'm happy with that and think it has something to do with changing the upstairs thermostat and a rise in outside temperature cause it really shot up. I had been measuring PH and PPM in my bucket after mixing in the nutes. This time I read the runoff from one of them to get a PH of 6.17 and PPM of 509- which is a bit low according to the schedule GH put's out, but I am creating a custom schedule so I could probably give it a boost of something next feed?

These AutoPot's could possibly save the world. If I can grow Cannabis with them, I'll be convinced of it... They claim to take the guess work out of growing [see brochure] and I have heard lots of good things about them. There are videos on YouTube about them, including one I liked with some Skywalker OG that literally broke its way out of the grow tent they took off so fast in the AutoPots. The grower wasn't to pleased with it because they shaded out his GG4/White Widow he thought would grow at the same rate. AutoPot_Cultivation_Consultancy_Brochure.pdf -

This setup is working fine for now. But I plan to put another tent where this one is now. I am looking at another Agromax tent that is 55x55x79 that will fit nicely in this space with my 1000w and I will put the existing small tent off to the right side of the desk in this picture for keeping mothers and clones. The cool thing about the AutoPot is I should be able to just unplug their AutoPot from the propagation tent and move it into the flower tent and plug it in there. -
AutoPot offers a product that is essentially an aquarium air stone sitting at the bottom of an AutoPot to aerate the root system. Their model has a plastic vented "dome." I'm a redneck, so I thought to myself, "I have a couple of air pumps and some air stones." Any reason this won't work just as well as long as they are under clay balls at the bottom of the pot? Can it hurt?

GH_FloraSeries-DTW_03216am.pdfI called AutoPot and spoke to someone that gave me the following information in regard to the AutoPot and using Chemical Nutrients- specifically, the GH Flora Series. Things to Remember when following the attached feeding schedule: 1. Start by using only 50% of the recommended parts per gallon in the schedule. 2. During Veg maintain ppm below 700 and in Bloom below 1100 using a ppm meter. 3. Do NOT use the Floralicious product as it will gum up the Autopot system. The rest of the Flora products are okay to use with AutoPot. 4. However you start you plants, let them get firmly established with at least 3 nodes before transplanting into the AutoPot's. 5. ONLY feed RapidStart from above and NEVER add it to your reservoir. 6. When you do transplant into the AutoPot, DO NOT START THE SYSTEM and feed ONLY from above for 10 days, then start it. 7. Prior to starting, fill your reservoir with the appropriate mix of Nutrients on the schedule. In most cases, you will be able to simply top off your reservoir each week with the recommended amounts of nutrients as they do not change much from feeding to feeding. If in doubt, simply dump what is left in your reservoir, clean it, refill with the recommended amount and continue on.

Hi, i think about move my mother plants to hydro. ( please skip those comments : backup in soil ) last time a took some cuttings from my aeroponic system (General hydroponic´s Rainforest + 3 part fertilizer), but i had problem because those cuttings were hollow (hole in stem). Its a big big problem for many reasons. you can imagine. i have some reasons in my mind, a ) too fast grow (plants were like 3 weeks old from seed, 40 cm so . like 3-4rd floor) b ) missing some nutrients in hydro which caused this problem.?!? c ) maybe plant not from seed but from cutting can help? so now i am scared to put genetic in dwc or aero. any experiences or some ideas ? Thanks

It has to start somewhere.... Before I dive into my antics underway, here are a few bud shots from my last grow. Personally I like seeing bud shots when I open OG MzDrzz Took another run with this clone great structure on the plant and phenomenal flowers.some of the densest foxtails I have encountered. From Sinister Seeds Cut at 70/71 days Dried and pre cure….. KA Kush (she had PM come back again, she is on her last run now..) Also Sinister Also ran me some Dynasty Seeds Caramel Candy Kush: Clipped around 70-74 days. look @ the frost on the undercarriage here…. And also had a nice run of some E$cob@r Chocolate Rain, still loving on this plant, she gets some hard foxtails too. Had some changes in real life, I moved into a 95% work from home role when my company closed our local office. This afforded me the opportunity of grabbing some office supplies and as part of those activities secured a couple more cabinets. As such, about a month ago I converted one, so now I have thing 1 and thing 2, Needless to say should be extra productive as I have increased my space. I am going to stagger them and hopefully get to the point of harvest every 4-6 weeks. So here are some basics for the run, I will have two setups: Thing 1 - the original cab. Same setup as usual, 400 W digital ballast in a vented hood, hydro system, 12 spots. I am running a new nute regimen this round from mbferts. They have their own powdered food and since they have been great on other merch, figured I would give this a spin, especially since my local hydro guy decided to flip the script and drop my jungle juice, so check in on this journal if you have looked into their nutes, I’ll be using them and will share and report results. I also implemented a Solistek MH 6K, for veg in Thing 1, plants are responding well, and definitely seeing some nice growth. This cab has been in Veg now for just about 3 weeks. Thing 1 Lineup: (4) Chucky Bride (3) Sugar Punch (2) MzDrzz (Ms U x Drizz) (1) Chocolate Rain (1) KO Kushx(CJxGM) (1) Lemon thai Thing 1 Thing 2 - new cab, been in bloom for about 3.5 weeks, Running a 400W Magnetic ballast bare bulb setup, hortilux, inspired by Indi, I have to give this method a try. Also changed things up and I am running a organic soil mix, based mainly around the Rev’s formula, but I don’t have feather meal and few other ingredients (oyster shells, alfalfa husks and a couple other). I’ll post a list of whats in here in a bit, once I pull that up. I am excited about the christening run for this voyager, she is getting some of my older Mom’s and some other plants I had that just needed to get going. Some of the Mom’s had PM a cycle ago, and PM came back to visibly show itself around week 4 in the last flower run, I am done with the struggle and sending them for final bloom. Thing 2 is planned to be about 4 weeks ahead of thing 1 in general, this should afford me with more turns. Her current lineup: (3) KA Kush (2) KO Kush (4) Caramel Candy Kush (1) Chuck Bride (1) MzDrzz (Ms Uni x Drizz) (3) Raining Caramel Kush ((CRxKOK)xCCK) (1) (CRxKO Kush)x Blue Chem (2) DeathStar x (Huck/Silverfield/Choco Rain?) ((2) diff pheno) Overall in here things are looking great. Soil seems to be holding its own and allowing me with some more flexibility, as soil affords me some freedom to move things around that I just don’t get with Hydro. Thing 2 KA Kush MzDrzz Overview of box Week 2: Week 3: Death Star x Huck Kush (these were test clones for determining sex, I have two females!! KO Kush Brain Rain x Blue Chem (Personal Cross I made (Brain Rain (Chocolate Rain x KO Kush)), never ran before, she’s a lady!) Caramel Candy Kush I will try to post again soon to catch you up on where this is at soon, I am a week behind on pics. thanks for looking and feel free to comment and what not, it's that dialog that helps keep these threads moving. enjoy

hey guys... i'm new on the forum and i've been thinking about this hydro method.. i'm willing to change my system and go flood and drain with mapito... maybe you guys with expertise can help me finding the best way to go... my setup is 100x100x200cm tent with 600w lamp on a hooded reflector... i have already built the table that i'm gonna run water.. it's 90x90x15cm wood table covered with plastic... my doubt is if i should place res under table or if i could have the res out of the tent...... can i have the res out of tent? how could i drain the water out of table? the reason i ask this is cause i found a nice 50L res that has 22cm in height... has the lowest height i found... table would be above that i say maybe 25cm to 30cm.. with the hooded fan at it highest position i would have maybe 30cm loss also... so into total i would loose about 60cm height only in that plus the fact that plants can't be right under the reflector, the need space.... also some other factors that has influence and i'm not sure where to go are pot sizes and plant numbers... fewer and bigger plants or more number and smaller plants? so which direction you guys think i should go considering the space i have? one love, santa!

For many years now I've been growing in hydro and have used many nutes and boosters over the period, so I thought I would put a little list together, of what I have found works, others can then add their own good bad experiences, so at least we can separate gold from snake oil. For base nutes, there is a list of five that stand out: Advanced 3 part ,maybe not popular, but work well and contain fulvic for extra chelation. Hesi coco -great one part coco nute H&G -good (but not in DWC) Dutch Pro-surprisingly good. Canna-never used but seen excellent results. Boosters & Additives: Dutch Pro explode, works very well, my favourite. Buddha's Tree 9/18 & meta-boost collection, work quite well but you also have to use their meta boost to get best out of it. Plant Magic-platinum, only used for last grow, but seems to work well. Advanced Nutes-B5, works really surprisingly well, not even a boost, but works. Buddha's Tree Solar green power, silicon, pure sio2, not derived from potassium silicate, imo, best silicon on market. These products in my opinion, do increase yield. Could probably add much more, but it's only an overview.

Hi I'm writing from India . I just started growing . my first real grow. I don't want to boast but I think I might have ideal conditions to grow the best bud but I need help because in India we do not have any real growing scene.I want to know what strain from sannie will be best for me. If any one wants to help I'll give you the specifics. I already have some nl auto from sensi and amnesia haze and sweet seeds auto seedlings just popped. I plan on growing few plants hydro in coco for weight and few in organic soil for taste.I don't have too many organic supplies so I need help.

My last grow was as close to a failure as a successful grow can be. I didn't even bother to measure the yield. The taste of the buds is nice, but the high was far from satisfying, which can be expected when you are forced to cut a sativa leaning hybrid 2-3 weeks early. Could have been worse though. Fortunately, I made some much needed changes, and I think I'm on the right path this time. Sowed 3 Auto Gambians on 3/12. We all know that the Auto Gambians come from one man only, so I don't even think it needs to be mentioned! Started in Rockwool, the infamous 'white hook' showed up at the surface of the rockwool on the 5th, at which point i put them into the 6" net pots. I think they're 6", never bothered to measure them. They were placed in the setup which has space for 3 net pots in a top feed DWC method in a 40L Rubbermaid tub. To the water I added Canna Rhizotonic at ⅛ of the suggested concentration. Set the lights on 20/4. I went out of town and came back in a few days and they were looking like any other seedling. nice and happy. Here they are on the 13th: And on the 15th: Fast forward to 20/12/14 No change in the reservoir at all. Roots are looking nice and white. There is one bigger than the other two; this is purely because the water beneath its roots is receiving an unevenly large share of oxygen. This should all be sorted out when my new air pump arrives and when i move these three to my small trial top feed RDWC setup: This little "elbow" elevation pictured below is to maintain a minimum water level in the buckets: Will test run it in the daytime hours today for a few hours to make sure there are no leaks and it's all working well and then 'transplant' these autogambians into their respective buckets. But wait, there's more! will be setting up an aeroponic grow in a 12 gallon tub with 5 sites in 3" net pots to see how it works out. This will also leave the initial tub (which the auto gambians are currently residing in) empty for more work/experiments. I am also in the process of building my own LEDs and seeing which works best - 3w diodes or 10w ones. I am going to be using a combination of cool white/warm white. I think I will lean towards the 3w because they generate less heat. and we are done...for now. more later amigos Now for a joint of the best charas in the world.... Boom El Chupa
