Sannies freebies, a growout.

Recommended Posts

Well as the title suggests this a grow out for some of the freebies Ive been fortunate enough to receive with my orders. Both of these strains Ive done before but both are high on my favorites list. We have just popped 2 herijuana x big white and popped a while ago 2 killing kush. The heri x big are fem seeds but dont know about the killing kush as these were just marked up as `special freebies.` Anyway big thanks to Sannie and crew for these beans and on with the show.

Nice...Ya i remember when some folks laughed at me cause i wanted the freebees as much as the Order.

Now ....Seems everyone is wise to the fact of just how much quality is in them.

The free beans here are nothing short of spectacular, good luck

Ill be pulling up a chair

Have to agree with you all, Sannies freebies are great. Agree also hempy delicious plant. Hope I get a female. Heres another herijuana x big white thats on its final days. Took fan leaves off and slung it in the dark for a week with no water just to finish her up.

People will realize that just because they are free doesn't mean they are cheap. ;) Most of the freebee's that Sannie has in his shop I would buy outright. When I order from Sannie, I let them choose my freebee's, so it's always a surprise when I open my package. ;) A buddy of mine just got some seeds from some bank and the freebee's he received were nothing more than bagseed schwag ;) ...there were a lot of white-ish seeds too. I told him not to do it, but he's a hard learner. Sannie's = quality. :P JFW, that is one hell of a nice finisher you have, being that it is just one huge bud....and it's shaped like an old school ships anchor. ;)

Heres the killing kush and heri x big white plants now. Was away for a week so the bigger one got a few scorched leaves from the light. They all look happy and in need of a drink, or is that me I get so confused. Think I might pot the bigger one up and put her into 12/12 tonight.

Had a look at the killing kush last night. Both have sexed as males so they got chopped today. I was considering keeping the shorter one as it looks like it'll be a stonking plant but thought better of it. Always sad to cull a happy plant. The herijuana x big whites are coming along and I might pot one up later and sling it in 12/12.

Thanks all,

Reddog - Im still undecided on the pots. Seems to be advantages and disadvantages with them. Need watering more often but cant over water in them. Ive noticed that some plants when grown in them in soil take the appearance and vigor of hydro grown plants. I brought 2 of each size (from 1litre - 20 litre) as a trial and do tend to use the smaller ones for vegging. Heres a chocolate berry I am growing in a 20 litre pot with soil and so far just water. It has been vegged for a long time but it does seem to like its pot (just like me).

Heres the herijuana x big whites this week. These seeds have consistently given very small plants with close nodal distance. Ill veg these for about another month until there's room to flower them. The air pruning pots seem to be working. Few scorched leaves on one from the lights but both are happy enough. They are just over 6 weeks from seed.

Well the heri x big white plants are now over 7 weeks from seed and they've stayed nice and small. Will be putting them in flower very soon. Pictures are a bit different this time as Im practising my hdr.

Hi Saxo,

the airpots have pros and cons

Cons

More expensive pots than normal (at least 3x)

Need watering more often

Can be messier than other pots

Pros

Cant overwater

More fibrous root system

Cant really say about a noticeable increase in yield. Heres the herijuana x big whites this week. They got potted up and put in 12/12 on 19th june and have been showing fluffies for about a week, so a week into flower we are.

Good work man! Those plants look proper happy :D

Tend to agree about the air-pots, good and bad points, think the good outweigh the bad though.

Another couple of pro's for me is the ease of transplanting and having loads of holes to use when training plants ;)

I've noticed more vigorous growth and higher yields compared to normal pots of same capacity so will put up with the messy, and more frequent fiddly feeding for now.

When growing (organic) soil I think they can help close the gap a bit towards hydro.

Nice one jwf, i'm grabbing a chair :)

Thanks Gnome, have to agree about the air pots. They do seem to close the gap a bit. Meanwhile heres the heri x big white sisters at about 4 weeks into flower. Both seem happy enough. They`ve both had a top dressing of soil mixed with fish blood and bonemeal which should keep them happy.
