Emv's are everywhere 170 Report post Posted November 21, 2013 Babies are doing there thing. The first day of week 4. I trained the plants to try and create an even canopy. I let you figure try and guess what is what. I also threw a pic of New Blue Diesel I have in week 5. I have a real chem leaning pheno that is not branchy and has these small Sativa leaves. Has anyone ever had the pheno? Its the 3rd picture down.

randude 2,512 Report post Posted November 22, 2013 EMV, I didn't really veg this one at all, maybe two weeks. It was a stretcher and slow to flower. I think I am in for a long haul with this pheno. I have already harvested and smoked another one that I planted from seed at the same time. I got these LC from a friend, and it is possible he made the seeds himself. I have a couple packets of LC 3 that are from here, and I will try them in a couple of months. I have a lot of seeds to try to work into my mix that should keep me busy for many months into the future. I will always try to grow some of my Blue Dream and Grape Ape cuts that I have. They are both proven and worthy keepers.

They are both proven and worthy keepers. Randude I have been looking for keepers for 3 years now and I recently found my first which was the OGR White Fire OG#2. Those are probably the best genetics from seeds I have ever seen or grown. I had a super frosty pheno of hercules that I was really impressed with but the internal spacing was causing to low of a yield so i had to let her go. Hopefully from the 4 LC3 and 19 Extrema fems I can find a keeper. Its to early to tell right now but all of the cuttings I took have rooted now I have to begin the elimination process (nodal spacing) and plant the rest. I just defoliated the room to allow the bud sites some prime lighting. I found an interesting article on defoliation in HighTimes. Take a look. http://www.hightimes...pot-grow-advice Some Hercules pIants I did an extreme defoliation experiment to. Averaged 5 Oz a plant and they were only 2 feet tall!!!!

Emv's are everywhere 170 Report post Posted December 1, 2013 small update, my camera is broken so I will be working with my camera phone. Day 31 and I am noticing that the Extrema flowers are larger this time around at day 31. Tell me what you think. I have some phenos I have never seen of Extrema. One in particular, its the second pic. She is extremely frosty, Chem Dom with little dark green sativa leaves. I have a couple Extrema that have popped nanners. Between the defoliation and the higher temps needed for the CO2 it was expected. The Lady cane will come tomorrow. The pheno variation with the lady cane isn't as random. Esko has done a good job with parent selection and narrowing the observable traits. More on LC tomorrow.A

Emv's are everywhere 170 Report post Posted December 5, 2013 Man that extrema looks super frosty. Might be a nice keeper for you. The buds definitely seem to filling up nicely. Looking good. dee I have never seen the flowers so developed at when I was at 4 weeks. I believe the addition of atpus fasilitor is the reason. It is the only thing I added this go around. They look like how they usually look at the end of week 5. I believe I have found my Extrema keeper!!!!! Pheno number #5 out of 19. She looks nothing like any of the other phenos, I have never seen any Extrema pheno look like this one. The leaves are small sativa looking leaves that are a solid dark green. The amount of trichome density on her is unreal! We are only in week 5! She looked like that at the end of week 3! We are now in day 36 and she is absolutely beautiful. With the greatest chem and very light grapefruit smell. Usually I have to wait until I have tried all of them because 2 or 3 will look similar in trichome density and smell. I believe I have stumbled upon pheno that shows it head maybe %5 of the time. truly unique. I will most likely keep 2 more pheno types for higher yielding croppers but this will be an offering for my most demanding patients. I will be focusing more on the Lady Cane as she developes a little more. My tall ladies are going to take a little longer, the lovely the lemony, citrus, spicy scent one of them is exhibiting is savory. I am watering today so I will be taking pictures shortly.

Emv's are everywhere 170 Report post Posted December 8, 2013 looking good Emv's I think you may want to rotate them before uploading. In my computer they are upright, once they are transferred they go sideways. Ill try putting them sideways and see if they upload upright. They rotate button on open grow do not work. Nice pictures. Give the lady C some time ti fill up and she will please u. Try n find other resize software. I found out that certain resize software messes with the pics and put them sideways. Grdz e$ko, Once the Lady Cane finish building size and width and begin filling I will be taking pictures more often so that people who grow it out in the future have a reference. I couldn't figure out the picture problem, thanks for the heads up. I will try putting them into my picture program first before I upload them.
Emv's are everywhere 170 Report post Posted December 8, 2013 Some more pics of Lady Cane. Since they all look like they will be heavy yielders, I'm hoping one will have an amazing taste. That will be my keeper. I am liking this beauty here. She has that lemony spicy haze smell that has me rubbing them constantly. Day 39
Emv's are everywhere 170 Report post Posted December 8, 2013 Some more Extrema. Day 39. A couple of the plants put out some nanners. If the taste is there she will be my keeper the colas on this pheno are thick and the internodal spacing is good for Extrema. Smells like diesel and mellon fruit.

Emv's are everywhere 170 Report post Posted December 9, 2013 Some pictures of wifi in week 8. In veg they were almost killed by thrips. I had never seen spots on leaves before so I though it was because I was neglecting them by allowing them to stay dry to the point of wilting that caused it. Then I watch a white looking fly come out of the tent. Extrema is a very resinous plant but the Wifi just puts out resin on a that separates it from anything I have ever seen. Taste is as strong as the smell. Before I experienced the WiFi, I was impressed if something had a slight taste. Now Im looking for strains that have a deep taste of whatever smell is being emitted.

Brad420 13 Report post Posted December 13, 2013 Thanks man, Im looking to get the same results this round without the longer veg. First time around I did a 5 week veg, this time Im only doing 3 weeks hoping the diverse microbe population from progress earth will be the difference maker. Side by side grows involving progress earth compost tea show stronger, healthier, larger deficiency free plants at every stage in the cycle. Tests show higher brix levels, thicker root mass, and larger final dry weight. Instead of selected microbes like most products you get a more concentrated, natural rhizosphere. Where larger microbes process the smaller microbes leaving nourishment for the plant. I had to try Lady Cane after I witnessed a grow on here by Mashup. 2,12 site undercurrents full of the most beautiful flowers. I also have some Esko Cheeseberry and Sin City Cherry Fuel on deck for the next round. Some shots of kiling fields I grew out. that killings fields is so pretty....hoping i can find that pheno when i grow it
Emv's are everywhere 170 Report post Posted December 13, 2013 that killings fields is so pretty....hoping i can find that pheno when i grow it Sannie dropped his f4 version, but I don't think there is any new information concerning the direction he took on the next gen. I don't have her anymore as my veg area is really small so I have to be really selective about what I decide to keep. I will be running f4 sometime in the future. KF is the best purple strain that I have found so far.
