I also heard it takes fuk all food. Then t KO kush wood b a small statured plant. I ave growin a JB X KO kush so im thinkin it will b basically the same? starinhazy 2,938 Report post Posted June 6, 2014 i am in, really enjoy some KO Kush. What generation do you got? F4, F5? I can tell you the F4 make some of the smallest seeds I have ever dealt with, about 1/2 the size of a regular seed.Just made some KO Kush x Blue Chem crosses, and they are tiny. If your seedlings have not rooted all they way into the large cubes yet i would think about taking the small cubes out, chances are they have already though. I am usin a double flur. both of which are cool white. should i change 1 of t tubes 4 a warm white? I feel like their not growing as fast as they should. I think t cool white is gud 4 very young. but when they start 2 sprout they slow dwn. Could dis be because of my lite not being strong enough? Beaker 670 Report post Posted July 16, 2014 The main reason why they aren't growing is still over watering IMHO. Could you give some info about the water you give them? (what do you add to the water, PH, EC etc...) In the first weeks I always keep an eye on the lobed leaves. I try to keep them green as long as possible. When they start to turn yellow, it's mostly an indication of over watering. I don't think the lights are the cause. Most of the time I germinate under 4 x 18watt T8 (840) and keep them close to the seedlings (1 inch max.). I try to keep the temperature between 24° - 27°C with the lights on and around 20°C when the lights are out (keep the temperature at least 18°C). Good luck. jimbo666 596 Report post Posted July 16, 2014 ya defo overwatering. still getin used 2 dis. I use tap water. now a friend of mine came 2 my house w a food stick. (I do not own 1 of t mo.) He tested t water and said it was t best water he had come across. He said i didnt need 2 add anything. So i really think im overwatering. I ave done 4 grows w no food sticks. Once they pull through and get to a size where they can deal with that cube and the moisture they will start to take off. Just go easy on them and try to let them dry out some in the meantime. I did'nt mke it easy on t little 1's w overwaterin them. Theres 1 ko kush there as well T othr 3 stil luk fuct I ave dis under a 8 watt T5. Dis is just 4 t first few weeks They den go under a 100 w warm white energy savin bulb 4 t veg. Not sure if t 8 w will b enough 4 t seedlings. Lastly i put t small ko kushs (poor wee things. They were in bits). dat was yesterday r t day b4. me cant remember. I wonder why dat is? dis is takin a lng ass time. jimbo666 596 Report post Posted August 30, 2014 3 months ltr. ha ha there finally getin btr. what im doin rite now is im fillin a tray w a ltr of wtr and adding half a ml. of veg food. putin t plants in 2 t tray and letin them soak up t wtr. then i take them out and wait till they dry up again. not sure if dis is a gud method r bad. but because of space dis is t only way i can do it at t mo. Anyway there lukin gud especially t amnesia. t ko kush is getin there. their up nxt. Want 2 try scroging t ko kush. me thinks they will need a lng veg?
