Lush (Fusion) x Blueberry (Eskobar selection)

Recommended Posts

I have been meaning for quite some time to share some photos of my Lush x Blueberry with you all. These plants wouldn't exist without the generosity of Fusion (special hello to Hupla) and Eskobar and I am very grateful.

The Lush female was open pollinated by 10 assorted males from 2 lines of Eskobar's Blueberry Indica project.

Sorry to be a tease but I just have time to upload pics of one plant for now and the rest will probably trickle in over a day or two.

All were flowered for 70 days 12/12.

This one smelled like sweet lemon and melons with a light honey aroma. There was a balsamic vinegar type sourness and a slight aniseed back note.

This one smelled of sweet lemon and lemon blossoms with a sour backnote that didn't dominate, with an undertone of sweet nectar and berries.

Of the ten females I grew out this one was one of the most solid, I think I only noted two or three as being noticeably more solid than the rest. I have so far only germinated 20 seeds all at the same time. I ended up with ten females, nine males and one true hermaphrodite.

This plant had a strong smell of honey and citrus blossoms followed by blueberry and cherry.

You can see the bud structure on this one leans more towards the Blueberry than the Lush.

This one smelled strongly of balsamic vinegar and caramelised sugar/honey with less dominant aromas of cat piss and blueberries.

Cheers clydefrog. The smoke from all phenos was very relaxing to the body and quite heavy and slowing in the head if that makes sense. I found the quality of the stone from the Blueberry difficult to describe and this definitely carried over in the cross. I haven't noted the flavour of the smoke as although in general it was very fruity and flavoursome I didn't give it time to cure properly before it was gone.

This pheno stood out from most of the others in that it had less fresh fruit aromas. It smelled of sweetish rotting/fermenting fruit and also much like the smell of bin juice.
