Hello Hello Opengrow,

after a long time I can finally present the promised smoke reports.

The first is Cherry Pie (newzealnd sour og x tangie)

During the grow it had some diesel tones, not surprising considering the heritage, but then it turned more strawberry or cherry like why we gave it the name Cherry Pie. Now after some cure, approximately 8 weeks, it became again more citric. I have to admit though that it was quite warm during the grow, spoiling the taste maybe a bit.

The effect is sativa dominant but has some body feeling that is present as well. My flatmate said it has also some nice trippy effects and asked for it a couple of times after having it tried ones. It seemed to have pleased him. For me I find it a good weed especially considering that it is a cross from a friend, but I probably won't grow her again. I would say there are many other good strains which have similar features, maybe not excatly in that composition though. It is a good cross compared to what one can get from seeds but it's not outstanding. However I was no fan of the parents highs either.

Chocolate Rain Fem

This one has already won many hearts around here, hasn't it? I haven't grown the reg version yet, but the Chocolate Cheese fem. We kept two phenos ans they are winners in taste, high and performers. Because of them I decided to give the CR fem a try to see what the Cr has to offer without the Cheese.

Generally CR and CC get better and more complex the longer you let them cure. There some strains where I prefere as Sannie not to give them a long time, but these gems are deep! Really the aroma of my pheno reminds me of the CC #1 and has some berry aroma mixed with red fruit citric gummy candy and some slight coffee. People are easily pocketed by her smells.

The appearance suggests a rather hybrid like effect as I would expect from my Fruity Chronic Juice, but this is not the case. The first sensations came quite quick but it fully unfolds within 30 minutes and can give you quite some groove. After a couple of joints though it starts to calm you down rather. Nevertheless I would also recommend it for clubbing if you have some tolerance. Also I should mention that I gave it 8.5 weeks, while some might prefer 9-10. I find that the aroma is oftten best just before the peak ripeness. Giving it a longer flowering time will probably give the effect also more body. I prefer it as it is though.

I would definately recommend this strain. Great work Esko

Shackzilla

I have grown her several times in the past 5-6 years, yet different phenos. She is a beauty and she is sow easy to grow, rewarding you with a nice harvest. The smell is like old-school SSH with some slight pine haze notes to it. However I had also some phenos which went more towards pineapple bubblegum haze. Generally you can't go wrong with this one and some might feel reminded about the beginning of the millenium.

The effect is very strong or potent. It has it's trippy features plus some body effects that are a bit heavy. I find it has quite some body stone but mixed with the haze sativa side it keeps you floating without any ants in the pants feeling. For people with less tolerance this can easily be to strong. I consider her a hybrid with strong haze characteristics, but it's not my up-beat sativa horse in my stable and although I always find her very rewarding she is not a favorite of mine as Killing Fields.

I think it would be a awsome combo with Sannies Jack. I would smoke SJ when I need to lift up and Shackzilla when I want to come down in a roller coaster. Definately recommended!

Lady Cane

Lady Cane has been always on my list and I was so sad that she never appeared in the shop again. Then I discovered the Lady Cane of Cannabella Seed Club called G13xSSH. This smoke report is based on their version of Lady Cane.

I have to say Lady Cane is a well bred stable strain. From ten seeds I had 6 females and they were all pretty similar. Also they rooted quite fast and had a moderate stretch for a sativa. The aroma was very citric lemony with hazy and incense notes but mainly lemony. One pheno had almoast this gluey smell like Uhu, a glue we have in germany, and it reminded me of our kindergarden times and you had to handicraft stuff with paer and glue.

The effect is very cler and sativa like. It gives you a strong up feeling without being so trippy. I was honestly a bit disappointed! It is a good quality weed and I don't want to shit on anyones plate, but I like sativas also for their trippyness and I was missing this as well as a bit tingling body sensations. One might get the impression that the Shackzilla has to much body for me while Lady Cane not enough. For me Killing Fields is the golden middle. To be fair I must point out that Cannabella Seed Club wrote that it is a very clear sativa high and this is what I got from all the phenos. It was not my cup of tea and I did not keep any clone (I crossed it though, but let's see whether it worked).

A friend of mine with a small tent got some different phenos of her from me and he loved her. It was mainly the aroma that impressed him the most but also the high was appealing to him as he does not smoke often. Also other friends loved her, especially with the good whether for outdoors. It is a good strain and as CSC promised, just make sure you really want such a high. I think the effect should not be taken as a weakness, rather as something special and specialities do not always appeal to everyone. i wonder whether Esko's Lady Cane would have met my expectations!?!

ShackxAfghanSkunk #2

I already said that I think these freebees could become a long-term offer in Sannie's Shop! To lay the cards open on the table my expertese lays not with 50/50 hybrids but I do see real potential here. As the Anesthesia is gone and some people seem to miss her. They should give this one a chance! These plants pretty much grow by themselves, quite easy ones!

I had two phenos, one leaning more to the Shackside and one more to the AfghanSkunk. This one is more AfghanSkunk. The aroma is a complex one of spicy peppery hazeyness, but of a old-school character,  mixed with a lemony skunky funk to it. A friend said it has pepper, freshness like green herbs, lemon and cheese. I did not really get the cheese part, but people always associate quite different things and I don't take my impression as less subjective than hers. It will please older smokers because of some old-school flavors but also folks who are mainly kush-fanatics liked this one.

The effect is a strong one and I mainly smoke it before bed. There is nevertheless also some nice trippy parts in the smoke, giving your brain a slight spinn while your body feels pretty relaxed. I had from both phenos this feeling of a soft stream going from my head to the end of my toes, always a very pleasent tickle and joy for me. For me it is not the smoke that will lobotomise you into a chair, which I can rarely enjoy, but it gives you a nice relaxed feeling that calmes you down, while allowing you as well to visit the the fridge.

I would love to see a cross of the AfghanSkunk and the Godbud which is in the Purple Storm. If you are waiting for Kolosus, get some Shakzilla or an indica and take ShackAfghanSkunk, you won't be disappointed!

ShackxAfghanSkunk #1

This one is more peppery spicy and reminds me a lot of my Neville's Haze from Female Seeds, just speaking of aroma and appearance. This one, unfortunately, had not such a good spot so it could have been better actually. It is nevertheless a very nice smoke and I enjoyed mostly that she has some warm body flow yet is not that trippy thus you can concentrate quite good. I think one could enjoy her when reading a book in the evening, provided that you just have a bit of it. I had from both phenos this feeling of a soft stream going from my head to the end of my toes, always a very pleasent tickle and joy for me.

The second pheno stood more out, but maybe due to a better spot as well, however, both are pretty good and I can easily recommend this strain if you know what you are going for.

Okay folks, I hope you enjoyed the pictures and descriptions and I could stimulate someone's appetite.

I wanted to post some more smoke reports because a friend here send me some very nice samples, but I had no camera and could not resist the temptation before obtaining one. I might post some short lines about it, but it's already a bit ago and then it's always hard to make a good assessment. Well I will try to move my ass...but for now I will enjoy some ShackxAfghanSkunk.

regards to all of you and especially Sannie and Esko who make growing so much more fun!

Luma, friend. As always is your smoke report so nice! So detailed, you should do it for your job ;)

If someone sends me some samples I will do it for free:rolleyes:

Oh I shouldnt have said that! i still owe a friend some feedback for his kindness.

However Sunny, it might take me half a year but hopefully by then some of your crosses will have made it into here!

@Justcozz Thank you for your compliments! I enjoyed your reports as well. Your NAW gear makes me salivate when sleeping! Also find it really cool that you go through the selection process with your own cross. I wanted to cross so many things already but rarely did in the end. Some day maybe I do it properly as you do.

@Billman Thank you for the nice replies! My hope the update will get some folks around here out of their lurking habits.

Enjoy the weather folks!

How could I leave this one uncommented?!! With pleasure! By the way I popped two G39xJJ, but they are still just seedlings.

large.DSCF0014.JPG.7f25ddf79a03b22209908Hammer of Dawn

Hey there folks, so finally comes my HoD report. First of all I have to say that the grow was quite a messy one and the cuts just came in later than the rest. As my Barrie's SSH x BlueShaze turned out male, HoD closed the sudden gab in the tent. Yet that meant that they had to adapt to the feeding of the others, lacking 10 days behind. I harvested them day 51.

The flowers look like clusters of pistils with some foxy traits. The flowers are not that dense but could be also the result of the conditions. The smell is pineapple candy funk! It smells strong and sweet. Friends who tasted it found it very smooth, surprisingly as they just dried.

The effect is what really surprised me!! Here lays her very special charakter bare. The high is subtile, yet powerfull! The first time I smoked a little joint of it, I noticed while browsing some nice recepies that I had not even finished the joint. I was so curious about my task of preparing dinner for me and my girlfriend, that I had just forgotten about the J. Then I lit it again and finished it easily as it was so smooth. After I went for shopping. As I steped on to the street, I suddenly noticed the head pressure behind my eyes, a bit as if they might be softly squeezed out of your skull. I know some of you guys know that feeling. At the same time I felt like so stream was floating up my body into my head, lifting me up and giving me a groovy walk. As I noticed all that I felt so high as if she had sneaked op on you me to take over. I was quite unsure how it would be to do the shopping, but it was actually quite manageable! I would say the high can be very adaptive, yet I do not advice to smoke her at work. Although I could shop, I sometimes caught myself standing in front of a shelf of coconut milk, staring into the far far somewhere chasing thoughts. HoD can really change in effect quickly. On my way to the next shop, I actually quite liked the walking and buying of ingredients, I was in such a elevated mood noticing that I have not been high in such an appealing way lately. When I had to wait at a traffic light I was again drifting into far dreamy thoughts, then the light turned green and it was again easier to catch up with my stream of consciousness. I think she can be nice for walks and when going to fleemarkes and such stuff. The effect lasted around 2h and it was also a joy to cook with her.

Two days later some friends came by and i thought it was a nice opportunity to test her. I did not say anything, just to let them experience her themselves. It was funny that they were at the beginning not sure whether they were high, but then noticing  themselves how our conversations drifted into several other topics, making several u-turns until we all admit that we were quite high. Two joints were sufficient that evening to sustain ourselves. HoD is quite a social smoke I find, because she shows a really nice side of hers when you smoke in company. When smoked alone I would suggest doing something. Riding your bike can be nice too. You can enjoy her as well when chilling but then you can be easily staring at the wall, while going through a maze of thoughts.

I am very sad I did not save her. I will popp some seeds again, that is for sure. She is quite a fast flowering strain. She would have been the perfect partner for my Killing Fields #6 (8.5 weeks pheno). Also the candy smell is pretty appealing, this smoke won't go unnoticed!! Also this report is also a product of a small HoD J from my weekend left overs.

Good work NAW!

Hello my friends,

as the year is coming to an end I thought I should at least share my recent new encounters of weed. First of all I'm sorry that I don't have any pictures. I am aware that this might undermine my credibility, ;) yet the pics were so crappy thus I thought they are not worth it. Maybe I'll add some pics later.

Method of testing

Some months ago I switched to smoking pure without a any tobacco. This gives me generally a more tripy high that comes slower or hits slower but with full effect once it's there. I like it more like that and also noticed that quitting tobacco entirely made it easier to smoke less as the nicotine has such an adictive effect. Therefore please be aware that I might have rated the other strains in this topic different if smoked pure. It's a different way in many regards to smoke your weed. I highly recommend it for those who like trippy stuff. My pure joints are rolled with short thin cigarette papers with a small tip.( just as a reference)

Silver Fields # 1&2

I should start with the fact that SiFi was one of the strongest smokes I had from a sativa dominate hybrid. Both phenos plunged me into a heavy trip when consuming them.

#1

This one is pure green without any purple sprinkles. It contains more sativa than the #2. It has a SSH/KF lemon haze smell and taste, yet I think I like the shackzilla and KF more tastewise. I smoked it already on many occasions and have to say that you can consume it when you go out and dance or do clubbing. It can create a strong euphoria mixed with sensual distortions. It has a very high cealing so for a while you can smoke several joints and reach a pretty crazy state of mind, yet at some point it is too much and you need to rest. Although it does not put you asleep, the state of mind can cost you a lot of energy. When I smoke it before going shopping, walking in the street, circumventing people or finding the products in the shop can be quite a challenge. People who smoked it in their homeopathic joints (when there is mainly tobacco and some crumps of weed) confirmed to have found it eually challenging!!!I am very impressed with this cross and it's potency, yet I have to say that due to it's severe effects I don often choose another weed that is easier to digest. I might grow it again, but I won't keep a clone. It is a keeper, but for me the weed is too challenging at times. I think everyone with a high tolerance can find in SiFi a true contender. I have crossed it with some other stuff and I think I will grow those beans, because SiFi is for sure a awsome creation. I would definately recommend it!!!

#2

This pheno grow less christmas tree like. It had more of a single cola shape, purple sprinkled buds and less foxy - more dense. It seems to be more like KF, yet the effect is more body as I would expect from the SSH. This one leans more to the hybrid side (60/40 approximately). It is nice to chill with this one, although it induces also a quite mindbending experience. Yet it has more body effect and it induces a lot of munchies, thus I would rather consume it at home were the fridge is closer. This one has a lower ceiling than #1. After smoking 1-2 joints it can happen that I have a little nap after the peak effect. The taste is also darker. It has some berry, hashy taste with some slight haze in the background. I generally prefere #1, but this is definately also high quality, yet not what I generally look for in weed. I would recommend it for people who like hybrids.

I would recommend SiFi for everyone who likes potent sativa dominate Hybrids or who like Sugar Punch or Shackzilla.

Barrie's SSHxBlueShaze

I got these seeds years ago! It is one parent in the Kinky Blaze. The taste is SSH-hazyness! Lemon haze but much stronger than the SiFi. I love the cross already because it has a great classic haze taste and reminds me of awsome haze I smoked and it's really high class! Over time the curing process adds a spicy cheese smell that I encountered also in my Queen Mother. Interesting feature is also that the resin is very oily, thus the weed always has a slight degree of moisture or at least it seems to never dry up as some other weeds do. However this also makes the curing process last longer, although it is also a good smoke after just a few weeks.

The effect is lovely! It is not as strong as SiFi, but that does not make her less attractive!!! What I love about here is the fact that I can smoke her and also pass her on to people who have a lower tolerance. Yet we do all get messed up but in a funny way! It is not as challenging as the SiFi and she has a high ceiling too. She leave you relaxed yet also euphoric and stimulated. I would not recommend her for chilling but you can go clubbing/dancing with her or smoke her after a nice dinner with friends or in a bar. She will nicely add up to the situation! For instance not so long ago we were at a dinner of a friend. His family from Turkey were visiting and he had invited his friends thus we could all have a nice Raki drinking night with lots of food. At some point I wanted to smoke a joint and after getting permission I rolled one. I passed it to everyone, including my friends father and we all got a nice warm euphoric boost that the alcohol could not have provided by any means! We were laughing a lot, yet remained stimulated and did not got any heavyness. Actually my friends father said he would stop drinking for tonight but rather smoke weed instead. I have to thank Barrie again for creating this cross and emphasise that strains cannot be rated solely on potency!!! Don't get me wrong, it is potent, but also a very kind one! Thanks again Barrie!!

I would recommend this one and consider it a keeper! I won't keep it though because I crossed it with other strains and know that I won't go through the seeds while I have it as a mother.

Bluehammer

I must have done something wrong in the growing process! Bluehammer was the underdog during the grow and also smellwise it did not stand out. I think this was due to a mistake by me during the curing process though. When smoking it I taste some Berries and some bitterness, could be dark chocolate or soil. I think there is room for improvement, but rather on my side not in regard to breeding.

Bluehammer is already after 2-3 months a legend among me and my friends. It might have took a bit because I was somewhat intrigued by the smell, yet when smoking it, it became one of our favorites! The high is very strong! Yet it does not take over like the SiFi! It is less challenging, but rather it takes you on a ride. The day after the dinner, I described above, we met with our friends in a bar for a birthday. There was live-music and joy, yet BH did take it further! Although hangovered it gave me some nice euphoria and inducing a more dancitive state of mind. Also others with less tolerance, who had just took one two tokes, were dancing and full of joy, yet also surprised a bit what had gooten into them. It was a funny evening. With another friend we smoked a joint together while listening to a nice downtempo set and the high took as through nice layers of highness that were somewhat corresponding to the evolving set we listened to. It was triggering us to have nice talks, which were explorative and full of little word plays. As my friend was asking which weed it was, I told him it was Bluehammer and in consideration of the name we concluded that consuming it, is a bit like a blacksmith forging your thoughts, but in a very sofisticated way! Later we went out to go dancing! At another party just before christmas I passed BH also to another friend while dancing and it put him in a state of mind which he considered acid like. Some hours later he came to me and asked to have some to roll a homeopathic joint. ' I need to check whether it was the fact of smoking pure, or whether it was Bluehammer' he said. It turned out it was Bluehammer!!!

I would definately recommend Bluehammer for people who like mostly sativas. It might become a longtime favorite of mine with KF. I will explore my Jack Candy seeds though to check whether Bluehammer might be beaten by Jack Candy. Still Bluehammer is top notch.

Okay friends, this is it. I hope you all have a nice new year and some can appreciate my report. Sorry again that there are now pictures! Maybe I'll get some later.

Thanks go to Sannie who made it all possible and to the NAW crew and Barrie!!!

Luma

In general KF is among my favorite weeds. In 2017 I grew ten KF fem just to have a little KF variation. You can find them in this topic on page two I guess. In KF you can find very dark hazey plants lemon peel haze and diesel fuel like hybrids. It's a strain with a great variety of phenos each being particular by its own composition of traits that's one of the reasons I love it that much.

This is also why I got the F6. I think a selection of KF is always fun.

Regarding #6&7, I prefer the #7 but that's because she's more sativa than the #6. The weed from the #6 is more hybrid like but still sativa dominant it has nice diesel fuel flavors (not like Sour Diesel though) and grows more like a hybrid. The buds are denser and she needs 8-8.5 weeks. #7 stretches a lot more. She has a lemony haze taste. I harvest her around 9-10 weeks and her flowers have more of a sativa shape. The high is very up, but also can be also quite trippy.

In regard to yield they both are equal although the #7 often becomes bigger, yet the dense buds of the #6 are heavier. I love both phenos though.

I'm curious how you'll like the #6 and #7.

As I lately made some seeds myself and still have pleanty of seeds I bought, I'll rather cross #6&7 with some nice males I might find in my selections. My friend who also has the CC#1&3 is also keeping the #7 and thinking of keeping #6 too, after I told him I might not do so. As much as I love these cuts, it also makes it harder to grow new ones as space is so limited.

I hope this somehow answers your question. It's always hard for me to give a short answer as you might know by now ;)

happy sunday my friend!

Generally KF makes me stoned yet high. You are light and move without much trouble but your head is a bit foggy trippy. I love going out on it or for social ocassions with friends.

Just recently when a friend came over to take the pictures I rolled a joint during the break. We shared it among for people. Then I went to the groceries store to get some beers. Coming back just 2 minutes later I found one friend in the hall way giggling. Looking at me he asked, still giggling, "what did you gave us?" My flatmate was with the photographer looking at the purple buds and exploring their beauty almost like she was on acid. My friend the photographer had quite some trouble focusing in on the pictures and caught herself just getting lost in the details while zooming in on her camera. Killing Fields for me became a classic in my collection and I think Sannie created quite a delicacy speaking effect, taste and appeal wise. My friend the photographer also said at the end that this weed is art, she was really impressed with the overall qualities of this kind.

Killing Fields F6 is ordered!!!

Thank you Sannie!!!!!

Here are some pics of different KF phenos I found. The first two pics are KF#6 the rest is from the fem pack.

The last couple of days I have been hitting the KF fairly hard. It has really smoothed out with a several month cure. I think I like it more and more every time I light her up.

Yea she's very special!

From which seedpack did you grow yours, fem, F5 or F6?

What kind of pheno is yours? I love the spectrum in her...

I would love to make a cross between a Jack Hammer hybrid and Killing Fields, maybe Jack Candy and KF.

I think my pack is marked F4, part of the Sativa pack that included Sannies Jack and Silverfields.  I had one green pheno and one purple that didn't show a great deal of color. Both are great but the green is what I've been smoking on. Just under a half a zip left, time to order more beans. I agree, it is perfect mix of high and stoned...I explain it simply as "highly stoned"

And you know I like your answers. So yea, thanks... It's answers my question. Now it's even harder to wait for the KF 6

Hey everybody,

after a while I thought it was time to update ths report a little. Unfortunately no photos though. I just have a shitty cam thus pics won't show much, but maybe I will make a follow up with a fewblurry pics.

So short follow up on the past strains:

Silver Fields # 1&2

As much as I was impressed with those, the high is really messing with my head. I find its potency is really impressive, but I don't get to smoke it much.

Barrie's SSHxBlueShaze

large.DSCF0176.JPG.b2d12fdc973561b85ee43dcfd638d031.JPG

This one I love and regret not keeping because it is such a nice high. It is potent but kind, while SiFi is also very potent but more of a rollercoaster. I'm glad I crossed it with the Mexcian Blachsmit and the Lady Cance by CBSC.

Bluehammer

I did not smoke it that much lately because I don't have much left and no clone, but it is a really nice weed. I think BH and KF are vey nice combo to have in your lineup as Haze Hybrid with pleanty of own character. I am curious where the NAW guys will work it to.

The Lady Cane of Cannabella Seed Club

Well, I found it not trippy enough, however, friends ,one of them grew my cuts as well, liked her for her upliftig qualities. They highlighted especially the pleasant uplift with a pronounced sharpness and focus. It has not the usual introspective encounter that Sativa hybrids sometimes bring along. I thought this should be shared as it is also a features CBSC pointed out in the description, thus I have to admit they kept their promise. I'm glad I have her crossed with a Barrie's SSHxBlueShaze male.

So, lately I had the joy of growing a few new strains and crosses, which I want to write about now.

Zücker Slap (made by @Sunnyvale)

large.DSCF0197.JPG.102e2e96f5b3c4e7f403469ff41fe8fd.JPGlarge.DSCF0199.JPG.a6db5749a2c4b8462dab3068092f8e3b.JPG

Head bud was already cut off.

This is a cross made by Sunnyvale using G39 as female and Jalisco Jaze as male. The plant produced many nice buds on the bigger branches. Generally the buds had many fluffy buds with thin leaves. A bitch to harvest but on the other hand she has a very nice resin contend. Usually I trimm of all the leaves before smoking but in this one it is fine because of all the resin. The plant grows with a chrismas tree structure and has a good yield. Considering the sativa features she is quite easy to grow.

Regarding the weed I have to say that it is quite special. The smell and flavour is not that strong but very nice in a subtile way. Fresh she has that sweet honey flowerish smell. The aroma develops also in this direction winning also nice hash flavour that blends in nicely. After 6 months cure it has still the flowery sweet flavour mixed with hash, but also with a clear fresh flavour of verbene. It surprised me nicely as I trink that tea a lot.

The smoke is quite smouth although sometimes it is also a bit caughy, but not like Sugar Punch. As I said it has that nice hash flavor which made friends ask at times whether it was a hash joint. Generally it is quite appreciated and particular taste.

The effect is not a creeper one, yet it comes in wave and can make you quite high. It is quite easy on your body, you feel even slightly elevated. It is nice to smoke it you are doing something. Festivals or place where you can explore or interact are fitting well. It is not too introspective, you can deal with people without too much awkwardness, although it is giggles inducing. My girlfriend and me had a lot of fun when being out with it. Also it was nice when I was cooking with a friend. It is strong but also can induce a good focus when you have a task. I can then be nice to follow up your tasks. Hence it can be nice for cleaning too. When you just smoke by yourself to chill, it can be a bit dreamy and you will nice, but it does not show its full potential. Cealing so far was high although not the highest.

Sunnyvale shared the seeds also with some others I assume and I would higlhly recommend to grow it! Sunnyvale also crossed it with Selene which seems promissing to me. I crossed my Zücker Slap with A Kerala Krush male. I have not grown KK except for the male, but I think the Zücker Slap has many nice features and could add some frostyness. Further, NAW's Airborne Jack is also a cross with G39 and I think she might be a good strain to cross with Sativas. Just sharing my thoughts.

Mexican Blacksmith (made by Sunnyvale)

large.DSCF0127.JPG.2e46c0b2f0636f0207d0937cb452d475.JPG

My assessment of this cross is somewhat flawd as I didn't really grow this one well. It grew big and lanky and unfortunately I gave it a N overdose. Due to that she grew quite weird and the structure was a bit ruptured. She also grew some balls due to the stress and polinised itself, but no other plants. So the weed also contains some seeds, although just at certain spots. So after all not the best conditions to judge, but maybe there are some folks out there who got those too.

The weed smell hazy with a landrace fruityness. The smell reminds me a bit of the better weed in Laos, but with the extra of a solid haze aroma from the Jack Hammer. My flatmate from South America also noted this landrace feature when we smoked it together. As we both noted the flavor reminds strong until the end of the joint. The smell is already like landrace haze I think the still a lot of improovement when grown properly.

The effect is strong yet subtile at times. It is really light on the body and you don't feel heavy at all. However, there is quite a trippy feature to this weed. In can be a bit introspective and confuse your optic sennses. I came thereby up with the name Mexican Blachsmith. My association was that it was a mexican blue hammer forging your thoughts and senses after inhalation. This association of a Black Smith I had already shared about Blue Hammer. Dancing can be very nice on it though as long as you dance more for yourself, you can have quite a entertaining ride. I really like smoking this weed, also because in potency the limit is not reached yet. As it was a big plant having also seeds here and there, the flowers differ in their quality. As a daytime smoke I smkoe the smaller flowers and it is still a good buzz but when grown I would probably not consider it a daytime weed. If there is someone who received them I recommend to give them a try.

I used a Mexican Blachsmith male to cross it with my beloved Barrie SSHxBlueShaze and hope to find an an awsome Barrie x Sunnyvale mix.

Selene

large.DSCF0154.JPG.ae376d27f315e19c15be1967bc60eae5.JPG

This time I got a really dark pheno. When it is dried it is dark purpel. The smell is not that particular, but when smoked it gives a nice sweet, skunky, slightly hazey smell. Some friends said it reminded them of their youth, kind of oldschool. For me the smell is not bad, but also not outstanding. Its quality lays in its effect. Selene is also a kind weed. She is not weak but easy to handle. I can also smoke it with people with a lower tolerance and we all have a nice effect. She is a bit of a daytime weed although is also strong. Generally she is very much appreciated for her effect. A friend of mine also grew her and although he grows mainly for his girlfriend, the Sleene was a weed he liked to smoke as well, it became one of their favorites the other was Lady Cane.

I did not keep her, but I crossed her with the Mexican Blacksmith, but also with Strawberry Blue from NAW. One Selene x SB is flowering right now, so Selene will still be with me in a way.

Selene is easy to grow. Only dissappointment the buds shrinked a lot. It looked like a beast, but ended up decent.

Sannie's Jack

large.DSCF0174.JPG.be9e63860078edb567a83334ff30b846.JPG

So Sannie's Jack was on my list for a long time and now I finally grew it. I had it already once, howerver due to spider mites I had to harvest at day 48. On the picture this one is at day 45 and I chopped it at day 69 I guess.

Sannie's Jack has a nice lemony pepper herb hazy smell. It is definately a nice oldschool Jack Herrer smell with a bit of extra haze. This pheno is more herb like and is not as lemony as I read from others. My KF#7 is more lemony, while I always considered it to come from the Sannie's Jack. This is maybe pheno dependend. My flatmate likes it a lot. I find it also quite nice and I will see what the next months bring. Generally I think I like my KF#7 more, but the SJ has many good qualities and is definately a strong sativa weed. It's good for going out and parties, potentially also cooking, but better you have your stuff well organised. The effect is long not heavy yet a bit blurry I find. Buds have a good shape and I would definately recommend this strain.

Sannies Jack is a great strain to work with I guess. I have not seen the offspring yet but like the general shape and structure of the SJ. The flavor and high are good, but could have a little extra. I therefore crossed it with Kerala Krush and C99 (in the making). I will see what time will bring. I would also like to cross it with G39 or the Zücker Slap.

Well I guess this is it for now. Maybe I forgot some strain or the other, but soon I will update about the Orange Candy which is from Philosoper Seeds I assume.

https://en.seedfinder.eu/strain-info/Naranchup/Philosopher_Seeds/

Really promising smoke, although mainly for flavor, buzz is also nice though.

Have a nice sundy eve!

The report was by the way written on Blue Hammer,  thanks to NAW @RhinoCBD and @Poldergrower
