I really miss the woods. Grew up in NH, which is similar to ME. Just less potatoes really. Glad to hear the trip was a success and that the engine problems were fixed and the dealers always mess shit up it seems!

That grape earth looks mighty tasty :icecream:

@saxo...I asked people at the place and was told coyotes are very common in that area. If you know it is something else, let me know so I can tell my wife what it is. Whatever it is, wildlife was all around us.

A little root porn...LUI. The sprouts are white clover.

Not sure if this is LUI or Godsmack, but they wanted fresh air. These roots are kind of in the middle of the two girls.

I made a scrog net for the Gorilla...

gallery_3221_4765_213382.jpg

then this...

gallery_3221_4765_2197550.jpg

turned into this

gallery_3221_4765_4403377.jpg

There (4) A13 in the back crates, (1) A13 in the front bag, and LUI and Godsmack in the left front crate. The gs is a pole with no side branching, so I don't expect her to perform as well. She is too tall to go in with out bending, so I figured she might as well get bent.

Vaping Grape Earth and Berry Sanders samples the last 2 days and the GE has the edge for overall everything. The BS has the body buzz/pain relief I am looking for, but it lacks a bit of power. The GE lays the vibrating blanket on you and keeps on giving. These samples are from uncured plants, so things can change. I want to explore the longevity of the BS pain relief, as it could turn to be a great for relief with out the stupor. I need to separate the psychological wanting to get high from needing functional pain relief with weed to be objective.

Also hit samples of the BG x SSD and it is a really nice, clear high with some buzz in the chest. Very motivating, but over indulgence leads to confusion. The Oax is the same way, but Oax can be jittery on the way up. Head to head will come after a nice cure.

Hey madmaster420...Berry Sanders yielded 65 grams in a 5 gallon bag, with deficiencies, so you should be able to blow that away with more light, space, and a healthy grow. I believe that she is my biggest yield to date, and I think she could be a gram per watt girl if done right.

Here are a few pics, first is Oaxacan. She is medium dense, very clean high when you don't overindulge.

gallery_3221_4765_1640989.jpg

I vaped this Oax a little while a go. Actually about half of it. The e-nano is a very efficient vape.

gallery_3221_4765_453917.jpg

This is Berry Sanders. Very dense but not rock hard. Standard size Swiss Army knife

gallery_3221_4765_1542392.jpg

Been working on the scrog, getting tops arranged properly. There are 100 3" x 3" (roughly) squares. Not sure if I can get them all filled, mainly because of the LUI and GS, but I will give it my best effort.

Here's a shot up the skirt of Grape Earth. Very frosty and sticky with resin. Looking forward to the cure on this one.

10 days into 11/13.

Down under

The net has been on for 6 days and I started using drippers with blumats to even out water distribution.

I hope everyone had a nice Christmas. My scrog is kinda out of control, but scrogging ungrown strains can have that effect. Here's where we are at 21 days 11/13. The big girl on the left is Godsmack. She doesn't belong in a scrog, but like Janice in accounting, she don't give a fuck.

gallery_3221_4765_986096.jpg

Buds are forming and my scrog skills need refinement. I have been tucking leaves when possible, but there is a lot of green in there to deal with. 7 plants vegged too long, dealing with unknown stretch, but fuck it. If you don't grow, you don't know. With the A13 I can probably get away with 2 plant filling the screen. The main thing I need to do is pull down the overachievers to level out the canopy where possible and I should be golden. The LUI and GS are not scrog plants and will be grown accordingly next time around. I have topped the cuts multiple times to create bushes.

All in all, things are looking good. Brewing a tea (peat, kelp, molasses) that will be ready tomorrow. It's been well over a month since any microbial beasties have added to the mix, and the weather is cooperating for a brew.

looking great in there, shoe!

;)

I am currently revegging the bgxssd to see if we can get a few clones of her...she may have tested lower than the rest in thc, but the "entourage effect" in this one is something special. A few friends have already been reporting back that the smoke is quite nice. It definitely gives me a heady buzz. Berry Sanders on deck with a few other gems, so thanks for the report!

I hope 2016 brings you n yours nothing but the best

Well...MotaBreath and BBSDxBK x NukexBBSD are soaking, 5 of each looking to earn a keeper spot in the box. I wish I had more space to properly sort through all these beans, but it is what it is. It's only time, right?

The scrog is rocking along, but I definitely have too many plants in there and will have to be on the lookout for mold and any other crowded space issues. I have a fan moving air under the canopy, but nothing above. I should fix that sooner than later.

Shoeless that scrog looks great.

when I am afraid of mold due to thickness up top,I put a small occillating fan under them. i use the little clip on 9'.

The scrog is a monster that will not be contained. Too many plants, lesson learned for next run. All pics are 29 days 11/13

A13 - A couple are showing extra frost

Godsmack

gallery_3221_4765_3052753.jpg

On deck - Motown Kush on the left, MotaBreath on the right. The empty rooter is a couple days behind 'cause I had to soak another seed. It may have popped up since yesterday.

Good times in the shoebox for sure

@shoeless

Without lots of neck cracking and nipping I don't think I ever have perfect or near perfectly even canopies when running multiple strains and untested under the same screen. From clone is something else maybe. :$ You're tent full of ladies looks pretty dang good to me. What kind of LED are you running? Think I missed that or something somewhere. good job and thanks for sharing.

good advise from bigun- also u could lower the RH to between 40 & 45 (@ a temp. of 74deg F) should help a lot. Air movement + lower humidity = to damn high for math.

Passion, it is almost inpossible for anyone to have an even canopy with different strains.

when I grew only BB and Afghan. I grew them separate and even then, sometimes one or 2 would try and dominate..lol

Hey agp. Thanks for the encouragement. I am running a Blackdog 450. I like the light a lot, though I could use the next one up. I won't be changing anytime soon, and it will probably be newer technology, as long as the uv is still there. Prices are coming down, it's just a matter of when I need a new light.
