High everyone! I've wanted to start a journal for a while but wanted to have pics in it but can't get them to copy and paste to threads. This'll be a picture less thread. I'll keep my gallery updated though.
My room is equipped with sun 315 lec's in veg and flower. My veg holds my gg#4 and cannatonic. I'm recovering from a nasty battle with spider mites and gnats that caused me to harvest a little early so I could treat the entire room, soil and the the cuts I took to replace my moms. It was depressing throwing out so much bud but I ended able to keep enough to have my fav smoke till I start flowering cuts this winter. My outdoor season will be excellent this year also. Back to equipment lol
I run two carbon filters in flower tent of 2x2. Temps are kept at 72-73 with nighttime dropping to 60
My veg is 4x3 with temps kept around 76. Night drops to 68
Humidity hovers around 65-70 in veg and 55 for flower.
Organic soil from my own mix.
At present, only gg#4 and cannatonic are in veg.
I guess if anyone is interested, my sig has my gallery.

Feel free to comment and chat. My thread is open as long as it doesn't get too derailed. Inbetween my winter flower I'm gonna work on some crosses. I made some beans with gg4 and a nice male cherry mint I'd like to find a keeper of. Only done one seed so far and it's not bad but wasn't worth keeping the cutting. Hoping for a keeper to work with outta them

Thanks lol. I've read the how to and have trouble doing the copy the bb code or any of the codes. I use an iPad and iPhone. When I tap to copy I can copy only a small part. There is no 'select all' in the copy window that pops up.

In your experience, does the gg4 pass on the trichomes to her offspring or not so much?

Nice picture, she sure is caked up!

I haven't noticed less trics on the offspring but have only done one seed so far and it came down a little early. Trimming the cherry glue buds made my fingers as gooey as the #4 cut. I've trimmed lots of strains and the gg is the best for ample amounts of finger hash lol. I'll be doing runs of the gg x cherry mint beans 10 at a time looking for a pheno that has most of gg traits and the cherry slurpee pheno I found in the cherry mint mixed with the chocolate and fuel of the gg4.
My favorite bowl load is a mix of both strains. Tastes like a chocolate cherry cordial along with a great high

Wicked temps today. Outside hit 100. Lmao, coolest place on my property was my grow shed. Stayed a nice 75 in there. Gonna take some cuts of my gg and cannatonic and get them them flowering. I really wanted to get them a few more weeks for the potency and flavor. The gg is delish at any stage but really brings out the chocolate and fuel after 9 weeks. The canna didn't have a chance to fully swell but made it long enough to be great daytime pain relief. I'll get some bud pics tomorrow and add them to my gallery. I guess I got lucky with the one pic I posted here. Can't get t again lol

Mystery plant

Posted Image

C99

Posted Image

Is this female seeds c99? I grew 2 out i was not impressed at all. Im sitting on another version of c99 from here somewere but im scared to crack them. Female seeds cindy was so frosty and sparkly but the potency just was not there. I named her repunzel
Absolutely zero trippyness just a nice slight buzz good for fishing and stuff.

It's female seeds but actually called sexbud. It's c99 from what I understand but better I hope. ive tried their c99 and was in the middle on it. A buddy grew one out that was stellar so I don't wanna give up on them. His had the trippy great tasting smoke c99 is known for. Wish he had taken a cut, it was a keeper.

The mystery plant is one I've kept for quite a few years. The buds finished dark purple to black and ooze resin. Very well balanced but potent high. In the outdoor pic you like, the cannatonic is a first outside. I wanted to see how she did under the sun and I'm glad I gave her a shot. Vey anxious to see the be structure

I adde two pics of the mystery bud.

It's a cross I made. Widow X c99 then X Durga mata from paradise. It gets massive outdoors. My buddy has the mom as I ran outta room while working with the gg4 and cannatonic . I think I've had it about 8 yrs. it was one of my first attempts at breeding and ended up with some marvelous phenos. I think I have a pic of a purple bud in my gallery. It's another pheno of it. The mom of that is close by also. Until this past year I've grown very few strains that give it a run for the money. The gg4 beats potency but none have come close to the taste.
