Thank you, Maria!

I always use the bags of coco and mix it with perlite 50/50 and go without flushing (Ec tapwater + 1 and pH 5.7) but i don't know if the bricks work the same.

Thanks for the answer, @Hamme Hydro

I want to use them both indoors and for some outdoor guerillas.

Both intend to be organic, so won't be feeding nutrient solutions, so need to make sure the Ca / Mg balance is working properly.

Coco is an inert medium so, except for support the only thing you get out of it is what you put in it.  :)

Glad i can help, Maria sanchez!

Amnesia Haze and Sugar Punch on coco after 18 days of 12/12

In this stage you cannot tell a if they are clones or seedlings and that's a plus for clones. Kinda like in the movie Blade Runner my brothers and sisters!

I prefer Collie Seeds his R.P.P. x Chemdawg that i will harvest next week and certainly continue growing. Matter of fact i can recommend it to any grower looking for a strain with big dense and sticky buds. Yesterday i harvested one of the the biggest buds to check for mold, which i luckily didn't discover.

I agree brother.

You are nailing it brother. Damn, what a bud porn you have here man. It should be warned with an 18+ poster :verrygood

@Hamme Hydro Thank you for the compliments regarding this strain bro !
You really take her where she can go and beyond my brother !

momentarily i'm distilling  Purple Heart from this fat n sticky cross called rpp x chem.
I made a selfie from cutting of the purple heart phenotype, and the fem. seed from those cuttings are now growing out.
Just put them in their final 20L containers this week.

The plan is to make another new generation by selecting out the purple heart phenotype from those seed by number and cross back to the original purple heart cut.

:tu

** Edit**
I just remembered...
That when you open a jar of this stuff in a room full of people, they WILL be looking under their shoes
(did i step in poop or did you?)

It is my pleasure @Collie Weed because a lovely strain like this deserves all the sunlight she can get! After growing her you have become my favorite breeder. All seeds popped and there was no herma in sight! They finished in nine weeks 12/12 which is quick as Gonzales for a strain like this and the buds are rock-hard like Chemdawg! Yes, Collie Seeds for the win!

If you need any grower to try those purple heart pheno seeds in the future let me know, i'd be happy to grow them and keep a journal of it right here!

I've planted thirty female R.P.P. x Chemdawg seeds in oasis today (Ec tapwater + 1 and pH 5.7) so now let's wait! I decided to go for starting blocks instead of my earlier plans to plant them directly into the slabs. This is a little more convenient since i don't have to set up the slabs just yet.

I haven’t run any of Collies gear. Hamme has put it under a spotlight and showed it off to the world. I think we all want a handful of beans. Great gear @Collie Weedand great job showing it off @Hamme Hydro

I'd love to see a Justcozz grow of Collie's genetics! I can highly recommend R.P.P. x Chemdawg because of the density of the buds and short flowering time. Growing these pheno's was a walk in the park, the less i did the better they seemed to perform.

Today we harvested the R.P.P. x Chemdawgs and there  was nearly no fluff at all! Pulling rock-hard nugget after rock-hard nugget off the plants made cutting a joy to do. It was my first time growing twenty-five plants on 1.20 m  and this certainly has helped to increase my average score, but doing so with twenty-five dense plants just might make it a personal record.  Judging by the density and the amount of nuggets i wouldn't be surprised if it's a six-hundred grams or more haul, but it is a little too early to throw a party just yet and invite all of you!

R.P.P. x Chemdawg.

Definitely more on that later! And more harvest pictures will follow soon.

The first seeds of the new batch R.P.P. 2.0 have popped.

And today the soaking of the three Amnesia Haze and two Sugar Punch cuttings begins.  If i am correct they should be quite thirsty by now.

IMG_4522.thumb.JPG.55f01b01e0b56c5d5f74c593859aa25d.JPG

And the Amnesia cuttings still haven't rooted yet... It takes way longer than i am used to, but they are still green so i have good hopes.

And that is all the news!

Three days later this is what came up thus far. My lack of experience with seedlings has me questioning if this is good or bad. Atleast one seems to be a goner for reasons unknown to me. I'll need 25 seedlings.

Here's the pictures.

Yesterday evening:IMG_4526.thumb.JPG.686f1522b4e1a355f62c87582d1ba232.JPG

Is it normal that seedlings take three days or more to come up?

Yep, 3 days is common, but fairly quick also. Over 5 days and I start worrying. But I’ve seen them take a week, but always plant more than I need.

@Hamme Hydro They seem to be a little wet my friend, maybe that is the problem?
What is your temperature range max./ min.?
Germination temp. is ideally around 20/24 degrees C.

most of my seeds will pop in a day or three, and rarely take longer then five days.

I germinated the same like before at 20-24 degrees, but only sixteen of the thirty seeds popped this time.

Tonight i watered the two Sugar Punch and three Amnesia Haze cuttings thoroughly.  I gave them 1,5 liter from the top and i poured 10 liter in the leaking tray. They are in week three of flowering and receive Floranova bloom (Ec tapwater + 1 and pH 5.8) and Dutch Pro pH minus to adjust the pH. When the bottle is empty i will switch to  pH minus from GHE.

The day before yesterday i installed a net and guided the twigs through it, to keep them from blocking the light from each other. This happened with many of my grows  causing me to harvest more fluff than preferably.  This is how it looks.

IMG_4529.thumb.JPG.4e67d56a36927b07c0d791df96543376.JPG

This grow i will try to soak the ladies so much that they'll almost drown.

Your kicking ass bro.

Bumping the nutes up a bit to 1.5 may work better than the extra water. Got to make sure they are not too wet, you may get root problems. Better a little burn than damaged roots.

Of course, you do your thing very well, and I’m just a spectator.

Thanks a lot my friend! I can understand why you are hesitant about the heavy watering, but rest assured, i know what i am doing! Frankly, i'm following the advise of an old-school grower, who nearly only grew Amnesia for decades with impeccable results. Way better than mine, so i wanna see what happens when i water my plants extremely heavy like he advises with minimum nutriment.

IMG_4536.thumb.JPG.29b5fd57c5a0894c0a29b012b2d4d576.JPG

The plant in the middle is a Sugar Punch, it starts to yellow out at this Ec while the three Amnesia's (and her sister) stay green. This proves that Amnesia Haze doesn't need much nutriment. And according to the old-school grower keeping the nutriment as low as possible will mean a big difference to the scale.  So, this grow is kinda like an experiment to see what happens if i take his advise to the extreme. I am aiming to almost drown the plants from the bottom and the top every other day, but when the floor is still wet i wait. The man said the pots must soak from water all the time during flower so this time i'll go as far as possible. The scale will have the last word.

IMG_4537.thumb.JPG.313dc3ff60618320ee46d340e664241e.JPG

Do they look drowned or perfectly fine? ;)

Peace and thanks for following!

Almost twenty-four hours after i watered the plants heavily from the bottom and the top this is how the floor looks.

IMG_4541.thumb.JPG.c64e52546a3b8baf02c170409badffc5.JPG

They drank a little over three gallons in less then twenty-four hours.

IMG_4542.thumb.JPG.6070a459438091f41f0fcf57a2988608.JPG

They seem to like it and tonight i will give them the same amount of water again. It's already waiting for them in the barrel.

And i have good news about my Amnesia clones: they finally rooted after over a month! I was nervous they wouldn't make it anymore but they did! The grow-shop only had rock-wool rolls so i decided to give it a try. After three weeks of still not showing roots at all, i took the plants out of the rolls, planted them into flipped rock-wool starting blocks and that has gotten most cuttings to finally root.

IMG_4544.thumb.JPG.ecc71c470f10c8819d95a211e9fdf051.JPG

IMG_4545.thumb.JPG.05480dd0d0fcb74deeffa37ab18134b3.JPG

I am glad i didn't lose my Amnesia genetics! This has taught me to never clone in anything other again than rock-wool cubes! They are simply the best! ;)

And last but not least: i transplanted twenty-three R.P.P. x Chemdawg seedlings into slabs. Twenty-three out of thirty popped which is good enough for me.

IMG_4539.thumb.JPG.0b8014a449e9d768f561dcb443c435c8.JPG

I watered the slabs twice by ebb and flow, since the last seven seedlings came up after i already planted twenty into four slabs. Did you copy all of that? No? Then just look at the pics!  :D

And you say: how on earth can this all be hydro? I know!

Have a nice day my friends and thanks for checking!
