Hamme Hydro 4,837 Report post Posted January 31, 2020 My lens broke after my camera fell on the floor, so i couldn't post any pictures anymore. Today i got another lens which almost fell too, but luckily i caught it! So here are twelve Amnesia Haze plants after a week of 600 watts 24/0 on their heads. Today i watered them for the first time. Within a day or two, god forbid, i discovered spider-mites on the leaves of the plants. I decided right there and then to tear them out in order to be able to treat them sufficiently. Because let's be frank, contamination in this early stage would become a plague before i can finish my round. So not treating them would be a big no no. And after eight hours of darkness, i simply planted the treated cuttings again and they took off! Perhaps i am being a bit too positive when i say i killed every last one of them dead, but we all know that positive things happen to positive thinkers! Pictures of my other grow will follow soon too and i can assure you it will be worth it to watch! Super Orange Glue and Watermelon Skittlez up in this mother.....<---- Watch your mouth!!! Peace out ya'll!
Hamme Hydro 4,837 Report post Posted February 1, 2020 Super Orange Glue cuts in the second week of flowering, on a mixture of coco and rock-wool. They get blown 12 hours a day, of course they are happy! Healthy ain't they? Bye bye!
dieseldog381 2,622 Report post Posted February 1, 2020 Is that sand you're growing in? Never seen that. Interesting.
Hamme Hydro 4,837 Report post Posted February 1, 2020 It's 2-5 cm mason-sand covering the top layer of the normal soil beneath it. This is an old method against pests in the medium, dating back to ancient Rome. The mason-sand is sharp like a blade for insects, making it impossible for them to have intercourse causing them to extinct. And before they exhale their last breath, they hear me say: good riddance! 3

Hamme Hydro 4,837 Report post Posted February 23, 2020 Yesterday i spun a net across the Amnesia Haze plants. Note how much they've grown since the last update in only two weeks! The left side has yet to be done, but i have a busy schedule.
Hamme Hydro 4,837 Report post Posted February 25, 2020 Today i watered the twelve Amesia Haze plants and gave them each 1,5 liter Ec 1,3 pH 6.0. And i also spun a net across the six plants on the left side. I am scanty with watering until the third week of flowering starts.

elchupacabra 670 Report post Posted February 27, 2020 Beautiful one brother Where's the genetics from? Been looking for some good amnesia haze beans that comes at a reasonable cost (i.e., not Soma). How's that mason sand working for you Best vibes el Chupa
Hamme Hydro 4,837 Report post Posted February 28, 2020 Howdy Elchupacabra, the Amnesia Haze i am growing is clone only and that is how i received her too. The mason sand works great, but couldn't keep an occasional spider-mite away from the party.
elchupacabra 670 Report post Posted February 28, 2020 Have you tried using insecticidal bacteria?
Hamme Hydro 4,837 Report post Posted February 29, 2020 Yes tried nearly everything and the best way to get rid of pests is to start over fresh in my opinion. So, better luck next time for me.

At least, that's my understanding of 'ain't.' So if i say, 'they ain't not exploding', that would mean that they are. For sure you understand that?

Hamme Hydro 4,837 Report post Posted March 11, 2020 I harvested the Super Orange Glue plants which are lying in the nets as we speak and that's the truth! Growing this strain was fun and fairly easy, but keeping the plants from falling down was a challenge. They tend to stretch and if i were to grow them again i would switch quicker to 12/12. And i just might, who knows? Anyway, here are some harvest pics. And my jars aren't even empty yet! Peace out ya'll!
