Seedrun, with Chucky's Bride as a daddy

Recommended Posts

Welcome to my new project!

This time I want to breed some seeds

I was very impressed with Eskobars Chucky's bride, I have done outdoor and indoor grows with her.

I also made a cross with Chucky and Guerilla gold that gave great outdoor results.

So I decided to look for a couple nice females and a good chucky dad.

I have 18 plants going now:

Kronocaine

Jack Candy

Nlx ( Northern lights x white widow )

Unfortunaly my Chucky seeds have not sprouted, they are a couple of years old...

Maybe somebody has some chucky seeds left for me!?!? :innocent:

Escobar can you help me?

Here is a look at the plants.

The plan is to take cuttings from every female plant , pollinate them all in a different tent and see how the mothers do

ya know, Chucky's Bride and Holy Princess are still legends around here. Most of the folks who have been around a long time still talk about them, a lot. I believe I was told in the past that they were both intermediary steps in a larger project and I get that, but given their success and popularity wouldn't it make $en$e to stabilize them and make them available?

Nice plans bro!! How long are the chucky seeds underground? Otherwise put some plastic cups on top of your seeds (ground) burn some holes in the bottom of the cups before placing it, otherwise you burn your sprouts...

Got enough genetics but no CB bro  srry

I've got about a gazillion Chucky's Bride seeds, just been off on other things. I have to say, besides Chucky's, Holy Princess is about the most delicious, unique, gourmet, tasting weed I've ever enjoyed. Description is spot on, cherry, liquor, smelling heaven.

Many of the the Chucky's pheno's were pretty spindly structure, same with HP, and believe some have said that's from the C99 dad? My HP is awesome, but ton's of airy, cherry, peanut sized buds going every which way. Most of my Chucky's were similar, only buds like little balls of fruit and cheese flavored hash..

Stabilizing these two strains would be a service to mankind.

Hey, moderator folks, ya'll listening? OG server is painfully slow, almost unusable at times.

Good news 1 of the old Chucky seeds sprouted :showoff:

@ Bopper.

There is a lot of pheno's in the Boudica. Also very nice stinky pungent cheese pheno but in my grow it turned hermie ( was the only plant in that grow to turn hermie )

What kind of traits do you want in the male to blend with the female. Find another genetic that fits that and their you go. I get it, easier said than done. I loved working with males but it is not a fast thing at all as you got to test them by breeding.

I care more about traits than I do the line itself.

@ Hempyfan

Man that is a good question, I have grown many good strains and a lot more bad strains. But some strains are just special and chucky is one of them.

Really fast, very stinky, sativa high, and the cross that I made with Chucky and guerilla gold turned out exelent and pretty stable in potency and smell. I like cheese but the c99 just ads that litlle extra that keeps popping up in the back of my head :shifty:

There is another cross I have been thinking of for months, guerilla gold x gorilla glue, the best outdoor strain I know crossed with one of the most potent strains I have smoked... And the name will speak for it selfe "guerilla glue" :whatthahell: if somebody can get me gorilla glue seeds? :innocent:

Also the color of the chucky's bride buds  green grey with dark blue/purple tints... wauw

I switched the lights to 12/12

Nlx, all the Nlx have been topped twice. The krono's and Jack candy were started a bit later so topped them once.

I will take cuts of all the plants in a couple of days.

A second Chucky sprouted :showoff: so maybe there will be a nice male. We will see.

If I can't find a nice chucky male I will use one of the other strains as a daddy.

Wich strain to use... hmm what do you guys think.

Nlx

Kronocaine

Jack Candy

I'am thinking krono or Nlx.

The chucky seedlings are in the 2 labeled pots. The rest of the seedlings and clones are part of my other breeding project, trying to breed a killer outdoor strain. You can follow the project in my guerilla topics ( started with this project in 2013/14 cant remember )

The plants are starting to explode I hope I will be able to keep them under controle

I'am not feeding them yet.

They are growing in a mix of light mix and all mix and two 2,5 liter buffertabs in every pot.

All of the plants are looking very healthy.

Ok guys the tent was getting way to crowded, the jack candy had way to much stretch to grow at the same time with Nlx. So they had to go.

I had only one nice female of krono, so I can now put my full attention at the Nlx x Chucky's bride cross

The Nlx are doing very good, I will post some pics tomorrow.

The plants are doing well. on the outsides the 6 big NLX plants. In the middle in the front a krono, in the back a cut from my outdoor strain Lemnesia gold. I want to see how she performs indoor. It is a cross between Amnesia and Guerilla gold 2#.

NLX cuttings and chucky's bride seedlings to select a dad from. Some of the cuts rooted very fast.

I made some better pics.

In the middle from bottom to top, Amnesia x Guerilla gold 2#, Amnesia x Gg2#, Krono. And if you look very good you can see 2 chucky's f1 in small containers.

I was gifted another elite cut of a friend that will also be pollinated. By what he tells me it is a super strong pheno of the sensi seeds master kush that is grown a lot in the area around Amsterdam. She will arrive thursday.

Nice green and white Indica bushes in your tent. They seem to like your presence ^_^

Cool to hear you scored an 'elite';

Sensi's MK x CB from E$ko sounds promising
