Justcozz

Kinky Blaze x Silverfields

Recommended Posts

Just went out and checked the room this morning. Looks like I'll finish chopping everything today. The Killing Fields seemed to have just wanted to finish in the last 24 hours. The environment in the room has been steady, but almost every leaf on the KF turned yellow and the pistils darkened. I thought it wanted another week, but looks like more than 1-2 days and it will completely done. I am leaving town for 4-5 days so it's coming down. The TPR and last GM have been pretty much done, I was just letting them go longer Just Cozz...

I will try and get some pics up after the chop and trim today.  I'm hitting the road this evening to go see "birthday girl". Going to Ben taking a few jars, some gummies and if I have time, some chocolates. It should be a great weekend.

Boom, I Am Done, I kind of like it when plants do that, but too bad before you have to be out of town.

\You sure you want to take them gummies? Ha ha ha I just had too lol

You are a sweetheart for helping folks like that.

Not a big deal doing the harvest today. I can get the trimmed and hung before I leave. They should be about ready for jars when I get back.

The gummies....lol  Yeah, maybe they should stay locked up. Those are an all day event...lol

Damn good smoke you have there! You may get close enough to bump into RhinoCBD and Poldergrower and gang. They fly in, around, and mostly above the atmosphere we're used to living in down here.

Enjoy!

I got back got back from my trip. All the girls were dry. A little faster and a couple a bit dryer than I wanted, but they should be fine. I got them into jars last night. I didn't put anything on the scale yet. I will get it all weighed and post pics up in a little bit.

Ok the overall talley ended up being 650g for the SiFi Blaze (13 plants and trim)

Killing Fields (green pheno) 41.9g

Killing Fields (colored pheno) 28.1g

Green Manalishi (1) 36.2g

Green Manalishi (2) 28.5

The Pain Reliever (TPR) 39.4g

Lemon Bubba 22.2g

196.3 + 29.6(trim) = 225.9 + 650 = 874.9

not too shabby.

Ive noticed, most all of the SiFi Blaze has a very similar high as the #1 plant. A very nice joyful mood inducing high. I think the #1 plant is the most potent, but still have a few to try. The #9, 10, & 15 shorter indica leaners haven't been tested yet, but I will be sure to update and give a full review after they get smoked. The number 15 is really getting the cat piss smell as she cures longer, I will be testing her next.

The Killing Fields has the nicest aroma out of everything from this run. I can't really explain it, but a true delight when the top pops off of the jar. I'll try and explain better when I smoke some, it's also top on the list.

I really like the Green Manalishi. Early tests without cure, it's very smooth going down. I very relaxing almost messaging effect on the body. I really like when the high wears off, there is no fuzzy feeling, it just disappears, leaving me feeling completely sober and clear headed.

Lemon bubba also has a very relaxing high. I little heavier on the body than the GM, but over all pretty similar for me. It's also super smooth going down, but leaves a foggy feeling when she wears off.

Alright, I guess it's time for this thread to come to an end. So here is a little bit of info on what I have going for the summer. I have 6 beans started, nothing breaking soil yet. I wanted to do an outdoor grow, so I went with some shorter flowering strains than what I've been running (I think, lol). The weather here changes so fast, I wanted to make sure they finish before it freezes. Anyways, 2 each, Chocolate Kush (Santero), Lemon Bubba (Santero) and Airborne Jack (NAW). Yep, I'm running LB again. I really want to see how she does outside.

I plan on pruning and training to keep them fairly short, (for outside) so that I can fit them through a door way if needed to finish in the grow room. I'll be pulling clones off of all of them to share with a few people.

Once they get going, I'll get some pics and start a new thread. Maybe a continuous thread this time instead of starting a new one every run.

Thank you to all the Open Growers that watched and helped me through this run. I really enjoyed my first attempt at breeding (aka pollen chucking) and growing out my own cross. I am very happy with the results, I really think SiFi Blaze is a winner.

A special thanks to @Barrie84 for creating Kinky Blaze and @sannie for creating Silverfields. Without those, I couldn't have done it.

Also, a huge thanks to the NAW boyz @Poldergrower, @RhinoCBD and @santero for the very generous Christmas gifts.

I will see you all on the boards, and in the new thread.

Happy Grows to all.

Bad ass, man. All of my plants were moved outside when the landlords came to put the house on the market. Although they are cool they said no growing inside and no smoking inside. huh???

So, the plants have stayed out there to give me a break on electricity. Boy, do they like it outside. Wow. I may still bring a few in to flower sooner than later, but I want to keep some out so see what happens. I think I may pop more to place outside. That way I could catch up a little on all of the OG crosses I have. I may need to put them in smart pots so I don't cook the roots. It's getting hot here and they are in hard black plastic pots, ouch.

I need to catch up on some pics today when I get back home. They're looking nice. I'm looking for some real growth on my new cross, (Green Manalishi f2 x Lemon Fantasy) since they've been outside since seedlings. They'll get some better size on them. I have to repot them all today.

peace

Agreed - ‘‘twas a wonderful thread to peruse and participate in. Big ups on the stalk splitting hang-to-dry technique. I’m quite embarrassed I didn’t think of it myself. See you on the flip side. PS love the pyramid of bud jars, those pics are my favorite. It’s the best feeling because you know that’s the moment when you can finally sit back, kick your feet up, and get high as the sky and not worry that you’re forgetting to do something, or that something is going to go wrong.
