Sannie seed Grow 2021

DS will make you talk to yourself.  Very very nice in the head.  Buds cured very nice.  Crack it open and the stickiness is abundant on the inside.  Sticks to anything you put it on.  The smell is captured inside as well. Taste is a sweet taste.  A true pleasure.

Day 14 of seedling

Day 25 overall.
I see two of the three SFF are now showing structure and make me confident they will produce.  The middle one, I don’t have confidence in it.

Day 8 of vegetation.

Day 33 overall.

The 3 SFF individual pics.  2 of them are shaping up nicely.  The other one is making a good effort, but has a long way to go.

Picture of the entire run.

Day 15 of vegetation.

Day 40 overall.

Individual pics of 3 SFF.  Two shaping up very nicely.  The third one is making a great effort to fall into structure.  I am 80 percent confident in the third one now.

Complete run.  Double Scrog put in place.

Day 47 overall.

Day 22 of vegetation.

SFF individual pictures.  One is still not proper form, but it will produce something.

Overall picture of the run.

Current summary:

SFF is 7 days behind DSR.  (Just a reminder.) The overall date will be +7 for DSR.   I Anticipate a large growth spurt from the SFF, going from what I have read.  We will see.
SFF is bracketing up quite a bit for short plants. They look really nice.  Expecting some top shelf stuff here.

DSR is just an animal, it is a monster in growth.  An outdoor Super Plant!!!

Plants looking extremely happy.  Variables fluctuations have been almost completely  nonexistent.  Heavy fresh air flow has very minor wind damage on a few of the lower leaves.  That is a a plus.  The fresh air makes them happy, those few leaves that have wind damage won’t care about that.
The same light started them from seed through this stage.  (600W MH). They will be happy about that as well.  No light intensity change.  When switching to vegetation in their final grow bag, the switch was to 14/10.  They will be happy about that as well.  Shooting for 7,  8, or 9 females from the DSR.  Those numbers will be acceptable.

Good bracketing.  The one in the front in this picture is the middle front SFF.  SFF are the three on the front, with white markers placed.

3 DSR are up into the first scrog.  These will be the most probable to turn male if in fact they do.  At this point, either pheno difference or male looking to pollinate from above.

Day 53 overall.

Day 28 of vegetation.  I am going to go ahead and move forward.  This will be the last day of vegetation.

SFF front right.  Bracketing (internodal spacing) is great.  Lots of brackets in a short span.  Loving the look of these so far.

Top view of SFF center and right.

Entire run.  One DSR into the second net.  4 into the first net.

Day 54 overall.

Day 1 Flower.

After 20.25 hours of darkness.  I have changed to 600W HPS bulb.  Hours go to 11 on and 13 off.  Leaving an hour of extra darkness allows for asset maintenance in case it is needed.  The minor drop in yield is easily made up for in the quality of the grow, by keeping the variables in check.   Hopefully SFF is good with the schedule as well.   The hour window I use is in the beginning.  This is a trick I learned through many years.  Being a retired electrical engineer specializing in industrial controls I also have been conditioned to allow for these things.  This is the way to do it for me.

Picture before the HPS came on, this is that window.  I used this window of time to change bulbs and get a picture without an intense light present.  I also used this time to change filters in the air flow piping.

Day 55 overall.

Day 2 of Flower.

unga bunga.  I ain’t even gonna put a picture on here.  One day and these SFF have erupted.  Gonna wait until 7 days to reveal them.  Structure is beautiful.  Containing them will be a challenge most likely.    My initial thought was the double net is going to come into play, now I’m certain the double net is coming into play, because one of them is already into the first net.

Day 61 overall.

Day 8 of flower.

9 unsexed DSR

The SFF in the front middle is working it’s way toward the second net.  You can see it overtook the one directly behind it.

The SFF appears to be a week or so behind on development in flower.  All appear to be moving along as expected.

There was two events where the variables were outside of my preferred status, the DSR didn’t mind these moments as they trusted me enough to turn female.  These events were, 1.   I had to enter once with a green light to water and   2.  I only had 2/3 of the air flow that I wanted.  My dampener motor locked up in the 2/3 open range.  I had to replace the motor, but this is something I keep in stock, so it was a quick change.  They usually have a 3-5 year life.  This one lasted 4 years and 1 month.  These happened on day 9 of flower due to a brief change in my daily schedule.  Everything was back on schedule on day 10.  Luck always plays a role in this game.
