2ndgeneration grower 595 Report post Posted December 7, 2021 7-10 days the purple pheno will have something ready to light up. She is a real treat. Of all the purple varieties I have grown. This is the deepest color. It looks like a purple light on bumpy black velvet. Never seen anything that competes with its purple beauty. This gift from my dad is truly the gift that just keep giving, as he looks up from the depths of Hell!!!
2ndgeneration grower 595 Report post Posted December 7, 2021 It also tries to make me into a comedian. As long as I laugh that’s good enough. I love to laugh. 1

2ndgeneration grower 595 Report post Posted December 7, 2021 Not very good at smoke reports. That’s the part I find difficult. I have trouble describing tastes and smells.

2ndgeneration grower 595 Report post Posted December 9, 2021 Day 74 of flower. The top SFF bud in the picture above has been harvested today. Bud looks amazing. Full of small foxtails. It looks very sativa. Lighter than the Indica, but looks very good. Looking forward to getting some of this rolled up. I use stainless steel quite a bit in transportation of buds to my curing room.

2ndgeneration grower 595 Report post Posted December 12, 2021 From Harvest #4, this will be my first try of the famous Silverfields. It smells slightly of evergreen. Definitely a sativa in density. Bud is soft and breaks up very sticky. Drawing air in through the joint before lighting and directing the airflow towards the tip of the tongue gives a taste that I imagine pine needles may have if I licked them. A large drag on the joint and you will be coughing. Judge the intake to maintain the smoke within you. About a quarter joint, I started feeling a highness from my eye level to the top of my head. It is a daytime smoke. I smoke all kinds of weed all day long, so this is just a common name given to a weed that most can feel comfortable smoking then entering any arena or situation. The taste is not overwhelming at inhale or exhale. Tastes of smooth smoke, not harsh. Not much taste that reminds me of anything else rather than smoke itself. The rich smells of the smoker while smoking meat with hickory wood. Enjoy.
2ndgeneration grower 595 Report post Posted December 12, 2021 Yes, imagine the sticky, black, goodness that would come from scraping my rolling tray.

2ndgeneration grower 595 Report post Posted December 15, 2021 From harvest number 5 Purple pheno. Three tokes of the purple and your eyelids drop anchor. Smell I recognize very well. My Mom had a Concord old vine. The smell when breaking up the bud is of the grapes as they are being squashed to make a fresh juice. The taste is like biting into a grape that was far from being ready. You won’t do that many times, it is tart. But on the exhale it tastes of the sweet juice. Very addictive combo. This is one for the ages. 2

2ndgeneration grower 595 Report post Posted December 20, 2021 From harvest #5. This is my preferred finish when it breaks up like this, and is crispy on the outside. Crumbles on the inside, and is very sticky, and has an amazing aroma. Smokes amazing that way. Rolls up great that way. Taste is outstanding.
2ndgeneration grower 595 Report post Posted December 21, 2021 Cola bud. Bottom three buds became three joints. From harvest #5. Harvest 5 will make you forget shit. But it also turns you into a workhorse if you have any physical work to do. Very mind setting.

2ndgeneration grower 595 Report post Posted December 23, 2021 The last of harvest #5 is a super filthy looking green pheno cola. It is crispy on the outside and super moist and sticky on the inside. Breaks up with the twist of the fingers and thumb. Smell is amazing when the outside cracks open. Smells like WD40.
