It is hard to speculate, lots of cause an effects for yellowing leaf. Maybe a lock out, maybe the medium holding water to long.

A while back, I saw a pot or 2 going yellow  bit. Same everything, that I could see. Once however, I lifted them up, and started to inspect the pots , I took notice, I had not washed the organic crust off, that can build up on the bottom of my pots, more so around the weeps, to where the fluid would stay trapped longer than needed. So when I watered on cycle, they did not need it, hence the ugly leaf. I only used FF once, way back when I had to drive deep into Baltimore for supplies. They had one small bag. Every plant I put into it went south, some I saved, most fried. I did the same with Technaflora nutes also, they both bitch slapped me very hard.

I prefer Sulphur mo myself. Since folks that get powdery mildew they would burn Sulphur to fight it, so MAYBE it may help from getting it. I do not know that as fact however.

I do use mo a bit less than some do, never more than a tbsp per gallon of fluid. I know we do not get much from mo as a food value, but as you said, I just want to fed the biological herd. I found ReCharge a couple of years ago now, and found it to be the best source of bio goodies, than the other's I tried. But many are great that are out there, some are just to expensive for me. I dose way less with recharge. I use feather meal as the last source for N late in flower, as FM is very slow to release the N value, so between the herd pooping and FM, the girls have plenty of late stage N. I do like them yellowing at the cull, over bright green, myself, so it's always a dance, at the end.

Again, just my take, as there are many ways to yellow leaf. Good luck finding  the gremlin.

Good ideas, I just hate folks throwing stuff at their plants before they check their PH runoff. These are mild fixes, perfect.

This just happened to me

I checked the ph in the res it’s like 5.3 too low caused Lock out I raised the ph to 6.2

And added microblast / calmag / Epson salts in small amounts to help

funny out of 5 plants only 2 had the issue

seem to be the ticket
